НАУКОВА РОБОТА

Відповідальною виконавицею науково-дослідної роботи є доцентка кафедри Бабич В.В.

З 2008 року по теперішній час на кафедрі досліджується наукова проблема нециркулярних депресій: завершено 5 НДР та виконується ще 1: «Депресії при основних формах психічної та сомато-неврологічної патології» (2009-2011рр.) (№ держреєстрації 0109U008801); «Медико соціальна реабілітація хворих із депресіями при основних формах психічної та сомато-неврологічної патології» (2012-2014рр.) (№ держреєстрації 0112U001771); «Протирецидивна терапія та третинна профілактика нециркулярних депресій при основних формах психічних розладів в період ремісії» (2015-2017 рр.), (№ держреєстрації 0115U000699); «Невідкладна психіатрична допомога при аутоагресивній поведінці, що асоційована з нециркулярною депресією в осіб із основними формами психічних розладів», (2018-2020р..) (№ держреєстрації 0118U003696), НДР «Клінічні та психодіагностичні прояви когнітивних розладів при нециркулярних депресіях в осіб із основними формами психічних захворювань» (2021-2023рр.), (№ держреєстрації 0121U107998); на теперішній момент виконується (2024-2026рр.) «Депресія при посттравматичному стресовому розладі в умовах війни в Україні»  (№ держреєстрації 0124U000756).

На основі проведених досліджень встановлено походження не циркулярних депресій: біологічні, психологічні та соціальні предиктори виникнення, вивчено їх клінічну структуру, розроблено диференціально-діагностичні критерії нециркулярних депресій при основних формах психічних розладів: шизофренії, дистимії (група порівняння), невротичних і соматоформних розладах, алкогольній залежності, психічних розладах пізнього віку, спричинених дисциркуляторною енцефалопатією, а також тих, що виникають в наслідок патологічного впливу комплексу факторів, викликаних аварією на Чорнобильській АЕС і різноманітною психічною травматизацією підлітків. Запропоновано та впроваджено як нововведення в систему практичної охорони здоров’я алгоритм та систему диференційованої діагностики та лікування, медико-соціальної реабілітації, протирецидивної терапії та третинної профілактики нециркулярних депресій при вище вказаній патології.

Із метою підвищення рівня освіти студентів, магістрів, аспірантів і клінічних ординаторів зазначені розробки вміщено в 12 монографіях, серед яких основна «Нециркулярні депресії»,  14 підручниках і 13 навчальних посібниках та навчальних програм, затверджених МОЗ України для вищих медичних навчальних закладів III-IV рівнів акредитації; в публікація, в тому числі більше 20 у періодичних виданнях, включених до наукометричних баз Scopus та Web of Science, доповідях на вітчизняних і міжнародних конференція, розробки впроваджено в лікувальний процес медичних установ м. Києва та навчальний процес кафедр вищих навчальних закладів за профілем тематики НДР. В 2017 році заключний звіт НДР «Протирецидивна терапія та третинна профілактика нециркулярних депресій при основних формах психічних розладів в період ремісії» (2015-2017 рр.), (№ держреєстрації 0115U000699) був визнаний серед 5 кращих НДР НМУ ім. О.О. Богомольця.

Станом на 2023 рік професор О.К.Напрєєнко підготував 6 докторів і 20 кандидатів наук, професор Дзеружинська Н.О. підготувала 3 кандидатів наук.
