THE DECISION OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE STAFF

Based upon the results of secret voting on early termination of powers the Rector of the O. O. Bohomolets National Medical University, V.F. Moskalenko, in particular, 171 votes given “for”, which is 73.7% and it is more than two thirds of the number of attended delegates of the supreme collegial local self-governing body, Conference of Staff of the O. O. Bohomolets National Medical University it is to terminate the powers of the rector of the O. O. Bohomolets National Medical University, V.F. Moskalenko, and pursuant to Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” to recommend to the record holder of the National O. O. Bohomolets Medical University, to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, to make early termination of the contract concluded with V.F. Moskalenko, and to dismiss V.F. Moskalenko from the office of the Rector of the O. O. Bohomolets National Medical University in connection with approved decision of April 1, 2014 made under the legal procedure by the highest collegial local self-governing body, the Conference of the Staff of the National O. O. Bohomolets Medical University
