LECTURE BY DOCTOR ANTUAN LISETS (CROATIA)

The important event of educational character took place on 24, May, 2016 at department of health care organization and social medicine at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university within the international cooperation.

The lecturer from Croatia, Doctor Antuan Lisets, made the speech to the students. The topic of the lecture was the formation of moral ethical values at future health care workers.

The head at department of health care organization and social medicine, professor Gruzeva T.S. introduced Doctor A. Lisets as a famous lecturer, active participant in many events of international level, including the ones, organized and performed at O.O. Bohomolets NMU.

The speech by Dr. A. Lisets emphasized some issues of world outlook character, formation of moral ethical values, spiritual and deontological education of youth, moral responsibility of doctors within the context of professional activity, etc.
Doctor Lisets emphasized the necessity in deep understanding and taking efforts to confirm the principles for healthy lifestyle, including following and propagandizing the healthy and safe sexual behavior, responsible fatherhood and respect to the institute of family.

The accent was made on medical ethics as a totality of principles and norms for behavior of doctor that are stipulated by specificity of its occupation and situation in the society, deontological principles of medical activity. After the lecture Doctor Lisets answered the questions of students and teachers of department, there was the exchange of contacts for further communication.
