TO PUT ON EMBROIDERED SHIRT – THIS IS TO PRESENT THE HOLIDAY

On the third Thursday of May the country celebrates Embroidered Shirt’s Day for the tenth time.

This is the young holiday of national unity, which is designed to preserve the traditions for creation and wearing the ethical embroidered clothes and to unite the citizens of Ukraine regardless of language by which they communicate, confession or political views. The purpose of the event is to preserve the folk values and their popularization.

Our university also joined to this action: the students and teachers demonstrated that an embroidered shirt is the organic part of daily life.
