At the Department of ophthalmology of Bogomolets National Medical University professional and mentoring work is carried out with young teachers, graduate students, clinical residents, interns and students. This involves the most experienced teachers of the department, who by personal example has influenced on the formation of professional training of doctors. After all, doctors are the elite of society, who must not only treat diseases, but also give solace in difficult times.
