Inga Oleksandrivna

 

 

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor.

Mitiuriaeva-Korniyko Inga Oleksandrivna graduated with honors degree in 1989 from Kyiv Medical Institute. O.O. Bogomolets, and was entered in the “Golden Book of Honor”. During 1989-1991 studied in the residency at the Department of Propaedeutics of Pediatrics KMI. Then continues to work at the Department of Pediatrics №4 NMU: since 1991 – assistant-applicant, since 1992 – assistant, since 2008 – associate professor, since 2011 – professor. In 1994, under the leadership of Academician Maidannik VG defended her dissertation “Prognostic value of factors that contribute to the occurrence of pyelonephritis in children”, and in 2007 – doctoral dissertation “Diagnosis and treatment of various clinical forms of enuresis in children.”

Most of the time at the department she was responsible for research work, from 2013 to 2019 she managed a student research group, training of interns-masters, clinical residents. Under her leadership, 3 candidate and 1 doctoral dissertations were officially defended and tested, 2 Prizes of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine of student competitive scientific works were received. In 2015-2019, research students received international diplomas and certificates at international forums in Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Poland and Belarus.

At a high scientific and methodological level she lectures to students of the 3rd medical faculty, is a co-author of the educational and methodical complex for teaching the discipline “Pediatrics”, 2 standard curricula for students and interns, 4 teaching aids. Has a proven level of standard B2 (CEFR) English language proficiency. She provided methodological support for training courses in propaedeutic pediatrics, pediatric nephrology and the cycle “Children’s Clinic” for subordinates. She took a training and internship course at European institutions – East Tallin Central Hospital та Respublikine Kauno Ligonine.

Inga Oleksandrivna has 266 printed scientific works, including such as included in the scientometric databases of Scopus or Web of Science, 42 patents and applications for inventions, 2 monographs, 12 – educational and methodical works. The main directions of scientific and clinical research: pediatric nephrology, vegetology, functional pathology of the nervous system, naturopathy.

Acts as Deputy Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.003.04 NMU. O.O. Bogomolets of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, member of the Approbation Council and the cycle commission on pediatrics. Since 2013 – scientific editor of the International Journal of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology.

She has the highest qualification category of pediatrician and certificates of pediatric nephrologist and reflexologist. Constantly participates as a responsible researcher in international clinical multicenter randomized trials of drugs approved by the Pharm Committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as a member of the organizing committee of the Association of Pediatricians of Ukraine.

Valentyn Grygorovych

 

 

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Chairman of the Board of the pre-defence council at the Specialized Scientific Council in the specialty “Pediatrics”. He is responsible for the public and educational work of the department. Pediatrician of the highest category.

Graduated with honors from the Bogomolets Kyiv Medical Institutein 1974. During1974-1976 he studied in clinical residency, in 1979-1983 in correspondence postgraduate study at the Department of Pediatric Medicine of the Kyiv Medical Institute. From 1976 worked as an assistant, since 1991 – Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics №4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University. In 1982 he defended his PhD thesis on the use of decaris and galasorbin in the complex treatment of glomerulonephritis in children, in 2001 – a doctoral thesis on the theme “Vegetative dysfunction in children (diagnosis and treatment)”.

Scientific interests: nephrology, vegetology.

He advanced his qualification in the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute (1978), 2nd MOLDMI (1983, 1988), P.L. Shupika NMAPO (1997, 2002, 2003, 2010), Department of Pediatrics no. 2 of  Bogomolets National Medical University (2014, 2019). Advises patients in the cardiology department (Center for diagnosis and treatment of autonomic dysfunction in children) Children’s Clinical Hospital № 6 in Kyiv (Tereschenkivska St. 23-25/10).

Author of 108 scientific papers, 3 author’s certificates for inventions, 5 innovative proposals. Experience in the specialty of 46 years, pedagogical experience of 44 years.

Alina Vasylivna

 

 

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Scientific Council D 26.003.04 on Pediatrics. Pediatrician of the highest category.

In 1984 she graduated with honors from the Donetsk State Medical Institute, in speciality Pediatrics. In 1984 – 1989 she was a clinical resident of the Department of Pediatric Diseases of the Donetsk State Medical Institute. From 1989 to 1991 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Pediatric Diseases of the Donetsk State Medical Institute. From 1991 to 1999 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pediatric Diseases of Donetsk State Medical University. From 1999 to 2014 she worked as the Head of the Department of Pediatrics № 2 in Donetsk National Gorky Medical University. Since September 2014 – Professor of the Department of Pediatrics № 4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University. In May 1991 she defended her PhD thesis on “Features of immunological reactivity in children with high physical development”. In April 2001 she was promoted to associate professor of the Department of Pediatric Diseases. In February 2005 she defended her doctoral thesis on “Prolapse of the mitral valve in children: mechanisms of development and approaches to rehabilitation.” In February 2007 she received the title of Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Infections.

The main area of ​​scientific activity is to study the functional state of the cardiovascular system in children with connective tissue dysplasia syndrome.

In April 2018 she confirmed the highest category of pediatrician. Advises patients in the departments of cardio-rheumatology and pediatrics. 35 years of professional experience, 28 years of teaching experience.

Author of more than 150 scientific papers, including 3 monographs, co-author of 1 patent, 3 textbooks and 4 guidelines. Three PhD theses were defended under the guidance. Author of more than 190 scientific papers, including 3 monographs, co-author of 1 patent, 3 textbooks and 4 guidelines.

Alina Churilina conducts practical classes with students of the 6th year of medical faculty №3 at a high methodical level and lectures to students of 4th and 5th years.

From January 2018 works as a scientific secretary of the specialized scientific council D26.003.04.

Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Scientific Secretary of the Board of Experts of the Specialized Board of Pediatrics. Responsible for the teaching and methodological work of the department. Pediatrician of the highest category.

She graduated from the Donetsk Medical Institute in 1976. Diploma with honors.

Internship – Kramatorsk, Donetsk region(1976 – 1977). Clinical Residency – Kyiv Medical Institute, Department of Prophetic Pediatrics (1983-1985).

Postgraduate studies – Kyiv Medical Institute, Department of Prophetic Pediatrics (1985-1988). District doctor – 1977 – 1981. Kramatorsk, Zhdanov, Donetsk region.

Chief Pediatrician of the Zhdanov City Health Department – 1981 – 1983.

Since 1987 worked as an assistant, since 1999 – Assistant Professor of Pediatrics №4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 1988 she defended her PhD thesis on “Clinical significance of seasonal fluctuations in the functional state of the adrenal cortex and indicators of cellular and humoral immunity in rheumatism in children.”

Olga Sergiivna

 

 

Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor. She is responsible for the medical-advisory work of the department and teaching-methodical work on 2 and 3 courses. Pediatrician of the highest category.

Graduated with honors from the Pediatric Faculty of the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1981. During1981-1983 she studied in clinical residency at the Institute of Pediatrics Obstetrics and Gynecology, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine.

From 1983 to 1994 she worked as a neonatologist in the department of physiology and pathology of newborn and preterm infants at this institute. In 1985-1989 she studied in correspondence postgraduate studies at the Institute of Pediatrics Obstetrics and Gynecology, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine.

In 1988 she defended her PhD thesis on “Clinical and immunological adaptation of newborns born to mothers with rheumatism”.

From 1994 worked as an assistant, since 2001 – Associate Professor of Pediatrics №4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

Scientific-clinical interests: neonatology, problems of feeding children, diseases of young children. Since March 2001 she is supervising education work on 2 and 3 courses of medical faculty no. 3. As the head of this field actively participates in preparation of work programs, control questions and tickets, test tasks and practical cases. Prepared and published methodical recommendations in propaedeutic pediatrics. Prepared methodological recommendations in the neonatology cycle for 6th year students.

Has 49 scientific papers. The results of scientific developments are actively implemented in the educational process.

Performs consultative and medical work in the Department of Neonatal Pathology  of the Children’s Clinical Hospital №6.

The last advanced training courses were held at Bogomolets National Medical University and P.L. Shupika NMAPO(2018, 2019).

In 2006 she was awarded the Honorable Mention by the Kyiv City Administration. Winner of the National Flagship of Contemporary Medicine, 2011.

Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor. He is responsible for the material and technical base of the department. Pediatrician of the highest category. He graduated with honors from the Pediatric Faculty of the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1976.

Since 1985 he worked as an assistant, now he is an associate professor of the Department of Pediatrics № 4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

He defended his Ph.D. thesis “Changes in immune resistance and their correction in bronchitis and pneumonia in children.

Scientific and clinical interests: pulmonology, medical cybernetics.

The last advanced training courses were held at Bogomolets National Medical University and P.L. Shupika NMAPO(2013 and 2018, respectively).

Graduated from the Medical Faculty  № 1 of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 1999, in 2000 completed her master’s degree at the same time as an internship, received a certificate in the specialty “Pediatrics”, defended with distinction scientific and qualification work and received a master’s degree in specialty “Pediatrics”.

In 2000 she entered the postgraduate course of the Bogomolets National Medical University at the Department of Pediatrics №4, completed her dissertation work. Since 2003 worked as an assistant, since 2009 – Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics №4 of the Bogomolets national Medical University. In 2005 she defended her PhD thesis “Clinical and morphological features of the course of diseases of the upper section of the digestive tract in children”. Scientific-clinical interests: Pediatrics Gastroenterology. She received her second specialization in Pediatric Gastroenterology 2013 (internship in 2017).

Improving the qualification in P.L. Shupika NMAPO (2015). Advises patients in Children’s Clinucal Hospital no.7 (Clinical base of the Department of pediatrics no.4).

Participates in the development and writing of methodological recommendations and working programs for students of 2, 3, 4 and 6 courses. Since 2006 she has been responsible for the department for conducting the practice, since 2007 – responsible for the trade union assistance. She is the author of 29 papers, including 2 monographs.

Has the title “Honored Doctor of Ukraine”.

Candidate of Medical Sciences. He is responsible for the on-line register system (ASU), teaching and methodological work dealing with the 5th year course. Working with computer class of the department. Pediatrician of the first category.

He graduated with honors from the Pediatric Faculty of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2004.  Studied in internship and magistracy. In 2005 with honors defended qualification work for the degree of Master of Medicine in specialty “Pediatrics”.

In 2005-2007 he studied in clinical residency. Since 2007 – assistant of the Department of Pediatrics no. 4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

In December 2015 defended his Ph.D. thesis “Clinical-instrumental characterization and prediction of target organ damage in children with primary arterial hypertension.”

Scientific and clinical interests: hypertension, genetics, Doppler.

Candidate of Medical Sciences, PhD, Associate Professor. Responsible for educational work with English-speaking students. Pediatrician of the first category.

 

During 2003 -2005 studied in Bogomolets National Medical University Medical Lyceum. In 2005 she graduated with honors from the Pediatric Faculty of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

During 2005-2007 she studied in internship in the specialty “Pediatrics”. During this period  received a master’s degree in the same specialty and graduated with honors in 2007. In 2007 she defended her master thesis “Indicators of endothelial dysfunction in children with hypertension”. During 2007-2009 studied in clinical residency at the Department of Pediatrics № 4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 2009 she defended her dissertation for a Candidate of Medical Sciences degree “Oxidative-Induced Hypertension Disorders in Children and Adolescents and Their Correction”.

From 2007 to 2014 implemented a joint scientific program within the framework of a collaboration between the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden, Stockholm) and Bogomolets National Medical University. In 2014 she defended her dissertation for a Philosophy Doctor in Medicine degree  (PhD) “Nephroprotective effect of the cardiotonic steroid ouabain”.

2011-2019 – Assistant of the Department of Pediatrics №4. In 2019 she was elected to Associate Professor position of the Department of Pediatrics № 4.

She works in the Department of Rheumocardiology of Children’s Clinical Hospital №6, which is the clinical base of the Department of Pediatrics №4. Has the qualification category of pediatrician.

Burlaka Ie.A. is responsible for educational and methodological support of practical and lecture classes of the 2nd and 3rd courses of medical faculty №2 of the English-speaking form of education.

Scientific interest is to study the mechanisms of progression of kidney damage in proteinuric kidney disease in children (nephrotic syndrome, diabetic nephropathy), in particular the role of vitamin D3 in their prevention.

Awarded the academic status “Associated Professor”in 2020.

Graduated from the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2000. Passed internship and clinical residency at the Department of Pediatrics №4.

She worked as a doctor at the reception department of Children’s Clinical Hospital №6, as a pediatrician at the Valeria medical company, and as a specialist at the  I. Bohun military lyceum. Has an experience as a medical representative of Mitekcompany.

From 2003 to 2010 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pediatrics at the Institute of Folk and Alternative Medicine.

Since 2010 works as an assistant of the Department of Pediatrics №4 of the Bogomolets National Medical University. In 2009 defended her PhD thesis “Clinical and laboratory and functional efficacy of complex treatment of children with bronchitis”.

Scientific interests: acute diseases of the respiratory, urinary systems, psychosomatic disorders in children, the use of homeopathy, herbal medicine in pediatric practice. Has a specialization in pediatric pulmonology and neonatology.

She graduated from the Pediatric Faculty of the Kiev Medical Institute in 1991. In 1992 completed an internship in pediatric endocrinology at the UHMC “Ohmatdit”. From 1992 to 1996 worked as a regional pediatric endocrinologist of the Svyatoshinsky district of Kyiv. During 2009-2011 – Deputy Chief in Endocrinology, Head of the endocrinology and methabolism unit in Oleksandrivska Clinical Hospital in Kyiv.

During 2003-2011 – chief freelance pediatric endocrinologist in Kyiv, 2009-2011 – the chief freelance specialist in therapeutic endocrinology in Kyiv. 2018 – Deputy Director of the Department, Head of the Department of Medicinal Disease Prevention in Kyiv.

She graduated from Faculty of Pediatrics of the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1974. In 1974-1977 she worked as a district pediatrician in the Makarivska district horpital. From 1977 to 1979 was a district pediatrician in Children’s Clinical Hospital №6.

Since 1980 – Head of the City Rheumatic Cardiology Department of the Children’s Clinical Hospital no. 6. At the same time since 1990 runs the Center for the diagnosis and treatment of autonomic dysfunction in children.

Since 1993 – assistant of the Department of Pediatrics №4.

In 1997 she defended her PhD thesis entitled “Clinical and functional features of the course of autonomic dysfunction in children”.

Scientific-clinical interests: cardiology, vegetology.

She regularly improves his qualification at the Shupyk National Medical Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In 2017 she defended her master’s thesis  “Screening study of blood pressure and microcirculation in preschool children”.

During 2017-2019 studied in clinical residency in the specialty “Pediatrics” at the Department of Pediatrics no. 4.

From 2019 until now – post-graduate student of the Department of Pediatrics №4 and works on  dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

Author of more than 20 scientific publications and presentations at international scientific conferences.
