The Department of Orthodontics and Propaedeutics of Prosthetic Dentistry is a structural subdivision of the Faculty of Dentistry of Bogomolets National Medical University. The staff of the department, under the leadership of Doctor of Medical Sciences Kostiuk Tetyana Mykhailivna, continues and develops the traditions of the scientific school of orthodontics of NMU.
The clinical base of the department is the Dental Medical Center of Bogomolets National Medical University (1 Zoologichna Street).
The Department of Orthodontics and Propaedeutics of Prosthetic Dentistry has 7 equipped propaedeutic rooms, 6 clinical rooms with 26 modern dental units.
The department employs 3 professors, 11 associate professors, 9 assistants, 1 senior laboratory assistant and 5 technical laboratory assistants. 9 doctors of the Department of Orthodontics and Propaedeutics of Prosthetic Dentistry of the Dental Medical Center of NMU are also involved in the scientific and pedagogical process. 12 postgraduates and 2 doctoral students are studying at the department.
