GUIDELINES

STEP 1. Check with the International Relations Department, the University’s website, and Telegram to see if there are any Erasmus+ exchange mobility projects and Calls at the University:

STEP 2. If there are already such projects at the University, internal Calls will be announced openly and transparently on the University’s website (https://nmuofficial.com). All conditions, documentation, participation procedures and selection criteria should be clarified by the University’s International Relations Department (intdep@nmu.ua and +380442352131). The rules of participation in the competition are open, clear and accessible. The final decision is made by the host party.

STEP 3. At the end of the mobility, it is a prerequisite for Ukraine to automatically recognize the periods and results of mobility for both students and staff. Discuss these issues with the Dean of the Faculty and with the Dean’s Office staff before the start of the mobility, clarify what is necessary and what documents you need to bring for such recognition. Talk together with the University teachers.

STEP 4. Read carefully the Agreements you sign with the host country, communicate with the host country, make a copy to the University’s International Relations Department and contact them for help and support.

STEP 5. If there are no competitions for you among the existing projects of the University, initiate communication with a university from Europe and bring the contacts of your desired foreign partners to the International Relations Department to establish cooperation and participate in new Calls.
