As of January 2021, the English-speaking scientific group of the Department of Internal Medicine №4 includes 11 students from different countries: India, Nigeria, Lebanon, Georgia, Ukraine. Circle members actively participate in the descriptive and practical components of scientific activity, under the guidance of the head of the department, Professor VG Lyzogub. assistant Belikova Yuliya Olehivna, prepare reports for All-Ukrainian and international scientific forums, join All-Ukrainian and international competitions of student research papers, are published in professional publications of Ukraine and in publications indexed in SCOPUS. Among the scientific issues that are actively studied at the meetings of the circle: design and methodology of scientific research, statistical methods of working with medical data, amino acid, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and heart rhythm disorders in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
