Iaremenko Oleg Borysovych
Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3 of the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomoletsa, doctor of medical sciences, professor, vice-president and head of the Ethics Committee of the Association of Rheumatology of Ukraine, president of the Association of Rheumatology of Kyiv, member of the European Vasculitis League (EUVAS), expert of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, head of the rheumatology working group of the Central Formulary Committee Ministry of Health of Ukraine, member of several commissions and expert groups of Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
In 1980, he graduated with honors from the Kyiv Medical Institute, after which he studied in clinical residency, correspondence postgraduate studies, worked as a junior researcher, assistant, associate professor, and since 2003 – a professor of the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 1 (since 2008 – internal medicine No. 2). He defended his PhD thesis (“Oxygen transport in patients in the initial period of myocardial infarction with different manifestations of acute circulatory insufficiency”), completed under the supervision of the corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor Hrytsyuk O.Y., in 1988 in the specialty “cardiology”, doctoral ( consultant – corresponding member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, professor Amosova K.M.) – in 1999 in the specialty “rheumatology”. The topic of the doctoral dissertation: “Clinico-pathogenetic heterogeneity and ways to optimize the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus: the importance of changes in tissue oxygenation and the processes that determine it.”
The academic title of associate professor was awarded in 1996, professor in 2005. Has a higher medical category in the specialties “rheumatology” and “therapy”. For 20 years, he performed the duties of the person responsible for scientific work at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2. Since 2011 – the head of the Department of Internal Medicine of the Faculty of Dentistry, since 2017 – the head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3. From 2001 to 2005, he was the secretary of the rector’s office, from 2005 to 2014, the academic secretary of the Academic Council of NMU.
He was repeatedly awarded diplomas of contests of young scientists of Ukraine, diplomas and medals of the VDNG of the USSR and Ukraine, certificates of honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, the Scientific Council of the O.O. Bogomolets, thanks to the mayor of Kyiv. Awarded a medal named after Academician M.D. Strazheska “For merits in health care” of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, two Certificates of Honor of the Presidium of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the medal “Honor. Courage. Memory”. He is a member of two specialized scientific councils for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations in Cardiology. Rheumatology. Gastroenterology. Nervous diseases (in one of them – the chairman of the board). Head of the Center for Therapeutic Disciplines of O.O. NMU. Bogomoletsa, a member of the Academic Councils of the University and FPLZSU. In 2013-2017, he was the main freelance specialist of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the specialty “Rheumatology”. Member of the editorial boards of 7 professional journals.
The main directions of scientific and practical research are the theory of optimality in medicine, methods of intensive therapy in rheumatology, immunobiological therapy, clinical pharmacology of anti-inflammatory drugs, improvement of diagnosis and treatment of immune-dependent arthropathies, systemic vasculitis, the body’s oxygen supply system, acute heart failure, myocardial infarction.
Author of more than 770 scientific works (over 100 in foreign English-language publications), including 3 textbooks, 48 monographs, manuals and reference books, as well as 7 methodological recommendations, 26 patents, 52 research proposals, 23 industry innovations included in the register of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Since 2000, scientific and practical developments have been presented in more than 400 reports and lectures at forums of various levels, including symposia, congresses, conferences in Ukraine, countries of Europe, the Middle East and North America. Participant in the development of 8 Unified clinical protocols for the management of patients with rheumatic diseases.
He carries out medical and advisory work at the “Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 3” KNP, other medical institutions of the city and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Burmak Yurii Hryhorovych

Doctor of Medical Sciences (1998), professor (2003), professor of the department.
After graduating from the Voroshilovgrad State Medical Institute in 1981, he worked in the city of Voroshilovgrad as a resident of the Regional Clinical Center of Cardiovascular Surgery, the Regional Cardiology Dispensary, and later as the head of the Department of Functional Diagnostics of the Regional Clinical Hospital. From 1988 to 2014 – the period of work at the Voroshilovgrad Medical Institute (later – Luhansk State Medical University), which was started as an assistant at the Department of Therapy of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education. After defending his PhD thesis “Indicators of bronchial patency and bronchial reactivity in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis” in 1990, he continued to work as an assistant, and since 1994 – as an associate professor of the same department. The doctoral dissertation “Mechanisms of development of diseases of internal organs in coke chemical production workers and possible ways of their prevention” was defended in Ukraine in 1998 in the specialized council of the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets For some time he worked in administrative positions at the university (dean of the faculty, vice-rector) and at the regional clinical hospital (head of the rheumatology department, deputy chief physician). Since 2002 – a professor of the Department of Therapy of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education, since 2003 – the head of the Department of Internal and Family Medicine, which he headed until 2014 inclusive. During the next 6 years, he worked at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy (now Poltava State Medical University) at the department of propaedeutics of internal medicine with patient care, general practice (family medicine) as a professor. In NMU named after O.O. Bogomoletsa has been operating since 2020.
For a long time, he was a member of the specialized boards for the defense of candidate and doctoral theses D 29.600.01 and D 52.600.01, a member of the editorial boards of the specialized publications “Ukrainian Medical Almanac” and “Ukrainian Morphological Almanac”, chairman of the certification commission of the state medical university, chief freelance specialist and a member of the attestation commission of the health care department of the regional state administration (Luhansk). Currently, he is a member of the specialized academic council for the defense of theses D 44.601.02 at the Poltava State Medical University.
He is an active participant in scientific congresses and conferences, the author and co-author of numerous publications of a scientific, clinical, educational and methodological nature, including more than 170 articles, more than 200 abstracts of reports at practical and scientific forums, 3 monographs, 5 training manuals, more than 300 educational recommendations methodical and clinical direction; has 10 patents for inventions and about 50 innovative clinical and diagnostic proposals; in the period from 2003 to 2013, 7 candidate theses were prepared and defended.
In recent years, he studied the peculiarities of the formation of the pathology of the cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems in conditions of syntropy.
Certified for the highest qualification category in the specialty “Therapy” since 2002. He performs medical and advisory work at the State Institution “TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv”.

Dudka Petro Fedorovych

In 1972, he graduated from the medical faculty of the Vinnytsia Medical Institute named after M.I. Pirogov, after which he worked as a district therapist. From 1977 to 1980, he studied at the clinical residency at the Department of Therapy, Faculty of Dentistry, Kyiv Medical Institute named after O.O. Bogomolets In 1980, he defended his candidate’s thesis on the topic: “Clinical-instrumental assessment of cardiohemodynamics in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease during treatment with homofotin.” Since 1980, he worked as an assistant, and since 1994 – an associate professor of the Department of Therapy of the Stomatological Faculty of NMU. In 1996, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Hemomicrocirculatory and kinin systems in the early stages of heart failure” in the specialty “Cardiology”. The academic title of professor was awarded in 2004. From 2004 to 2017, he worked as a professor at the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry. For 22 years, he was responsible for the scientific work of the department, managed the student scientific group, and for more than 19 years was responsible for the training of intern doctors in the specialty “Emergency Medicine”. From November 2009 to March 2011, he served as the head of the Department of Internal Medicine of the Stomatological Faculty of O.O. Bogomolets Since September 2017, he has been a professor at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3 of O.O. Bogomolets
At a high scientific and methodical level, he conducts practical and seminar classes, reads lectures for students of the 4th and 5th years.
He is an active participant in congresses, congresses and scientific and practical conferences. He was one of the organizers of four all-Ukrainian and two city scientific and practical conferences.
The main directions of scientific and practical research: the heart’s energy supply system, hemomicrocirculation in pulmonology and cardiology, electrical instability of the myocardium, hypoxytherapy, antihomotoxic therapy, metabolic cytoprotection in cardiology and pulmonology.
He is the author of 466 scientific publications, including 6 training manuals and textbooks for students of higher medical educational institutions of the IV accreditation level, 1 typical training program for clinical residents in the specialty “Emergency medicine”, 6 methodological recommendations, 22 patents for inventions and 27 innovative proposals Member of the editorial board of the magazine “Medical Affairs”.
Under the leadership of Professor P.F. Dudky successfully defended two PhD theses.

In 1986, she completed correspondence postgraduate studies and defended her candidate’s thesis on “Pregnancy, childbirth and the state of contractile function of the myocardium in women with mitral heart defects.” In 1995, on a competitive basis, she was elected to the position of assistant at the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 2 (since 2008 – Department of Internal Medicine No. 3) of the O.O. National Medical University. Bogomolets, where he works to this day. From 2002 to 2015, she held the position of deputy dean for work with foreign students. Developed the direction of cardiac rehabilitation – cardiopsychology (1995), anti-stress program (2001), image-associative correction methods (2013) and landscape-image kinesiotherapy (2014). Conducts lectures and seminars on cardiac rehabilitation in case of coronary artery disease, hypertensive disease, somatoform disorders, in particular for doctors, ATO participants, their families and volunteers.
Investigates the functional state of the endothelium, erythrocytes, and the psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, and somatoform disorders. Develops new information technologies in cardiology, including holographic modeling.

She graduated from Lugansk State Medical University in 1997. Since 1999. worked at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases of LugSMU as an assistant. In 1999 she defended her Ph.D. thesis “Clinical and pathogenetic features of the development of liver diseases in miners of deep coal mines of Donbass and ways of their prevention” code 14.01.02 – internal diseases. From 2003 to 2010. worked as an associate professor at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine of the State Institution “Luhansk State Medical University”.
In 2005 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. In 2011, she defended her doctoral dissertation “Ischemic heart disease and systemic osteoporosis in postmenopausal women: clinical and pathogenetic features, diagnosis, treatment”. From 2010 to 2014 she held the position of Associate Professor, and from 09.06.2014 – Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine with the Basics of Cardiorheumatology of LugSMU. From 2011 to 2013 she studied at the internship and master’s degree at the Department of Internal Diseases, General Practice – Family Medicine of the UNIPO DonNMU, defended her master’s thesis on the topic: “Ventricular arrhythmias in patients with chronic heart failure”. Since September 2014 he has been working as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 2023, she completed her specialization in Rheumatology at the Department of Therapy and Rheumatology of Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Since 2023, she has been working as an assistant at the department. The level of English proficiency is B2.

In 2003 she graduated from the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in Poltava. In 2004 she completed her internship in Internal Medicine. In 2004, she completed the specialization of a cardiologist. In 2004-2006. She completed her clinical residency in cardiology, 2006-2009. studied at the postgraduate course at the NSC “Institute of Cardiology. Strazheska”. In 2010, she defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic: “Clinical and instrumental characteristics and prognosis of chronic heart failure caused by conditional coronary heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy: a comparative study”. Since 2023, she has been working as an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2.

He graduated with honors from Kyiv Medical Institute in 1977. From 1977 to 1979. studied in clinical residency in cardiology at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Cardiology. Acad. Sci. M.I. Strazheska. He worked there from 1979 to 1981. From 1981 to the present time he has been working at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of Bogomolets National Medical University. He has the highest qualification category in the specialty “cardiology”.
