Department of Internal Medicine №1
Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 is one of the oldest therapeutic departments in Ukraine, Europe and the world.
The main direction of the department’s work is gastroenterology and endoscopy.
Specialties studied at the undergraduate stage: “internal medicine” for the 4th, 5th and 6th courses of study at a medical university.
Specialties that are taught at the post-graduate stage: “gastroenterology” and “endoscopy” specialization courses, thematic improvement courses within the “gastroenterology” and “endoscopy” specialties.
Head of the department: Vadym Petrovych Shipulin – Doctor of Medicine, Professor, Honored Doctor of Ukraine.
