The Department of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine, and Psychotherapy focuses on providing high-quality education and methodological support for students, interns, and practicing specialists. Educational and Methodological Work
Development of Curricula and Programs:
- Creation and regular updating of curricula to meet current standards and demands of medical and psychological education.
- Integration of interdisciplinary approaches that combine medical, psychological, and psychosomatic aspects of patient care.
Teaching Activities:
- Delivery of lectures, practical classes, and seminars for students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychological Health and other related disciplines.
- Use of interactive teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and group discussions, to enhance learning outcomes.
Training of Specialists:
- Training medical psychologists and medical specialists capable of diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, stress-related disorders, and psychosomatic illnesses.
- Providing advanced training for healthcare professionals through postgraduate education programs.
Educational Materials:
- Development and publication of textbooks, methodological guidelines, and electronic resources for both students and faculty members.
- Translation and adaptation of international educational resources into Ukrainian.
Practical Orientation:
- Emphasis on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills, including clinical internships and hands-on experience in medical institutions.
- Collaboration with healthcare facilities to provide students with real-world training environments.
