From 2021, the main base of the department is the University Clinic of the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomoletsa: Kyiv, str. Volodymyra Vynnychenko, 9. Employees of the department carry out medical work in the therapeutic department of the clinic, the department of functional diagnostics, take part in the rotation of the clinic and consult patients on the basis of the consultative-diagnostic polyclinic of the University Clinic.

Employees of the department of propaedeutics of internal medicine No. 2 take part in field trips at the request of the Ukrainian emergency medical station of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, professors and assistant professors of the department have publications in the press, appearances on television and radio, related to diagnostic, medical and advisory work.
