In 2024, 16 scientific forums were held on the basis of the Department of General Practice (Family Medicine).
Also, on the basis of the department, multicenter clinical studies are carried out in the following areas – rheumatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, therapy.
The Department of General Practice allows interns to acquire not only practical skills, but also the opportunity to develop from a scientific point of view, which contributes to a deeper definition of the health of the whole family, early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of patients at the pre-hospital stage and improving the quality of doctor training for the outpatient health care unit.
