Hrechkovska Nataliya Volodymyrivna, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor

Scientist profile:

1990 – graduated with honors from Kyiv Medical Institute named after O.O. Bogomolets.

1990-1992 – studied in clinical residency in the specialty: “Internal and Occupational Diseases.”

1992-1997 – postgraduate studies in the specialty: “Occupational Diseases.”

In 2000 – awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.

In 2014 – awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Occupational Medicine, Psychophysiology, and Medical Ecology of P.L. Shupyk NMAPE.

In 2015 – awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences. Dissertation topic: “Medical and health care provision for workers in large industrial centers under modern conditions.”

1997-2012 – Assistant at the Department of Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Diseases at Bogomolets National Medical University, founded by Professor Ye.I. Lichtenstein.

2012-2019 – Associate Professor at the Department of Occupational Medicine, Psychophysiology, and Medical Ecology of P.L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Since 2019 – Professor at the Department of Therapy, Infectious Diseases, and Dermatovenerology of the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Bogomolets National Medical University.

Since February 2023 – heads the National Scientific Center – UCCSM at Bogomolets National Medical University.

Since 1990 – works in practical healthcare as an occupational health physician, holds the highest qualification category.

During 2014-2024, more than 200 doctors have been trained in specialization cycles in the field of “Occupational Pathology” and 58 doctors in “Family Medicine” from different regions of Ukraine.

Main scientific interests are related to the specialties “Occupational Pathology,” “Healthcare Organization and Management,” and “General Practice – Family Medicine.”

Together with software specialists, she participated in developing the conceptual model of the computer program “Information System for Preventive Medical Examinations” (IS “PME”) for collecting, processing, storing, and analyzing information from the results of medical examinations and determining the criteria for follow-up care of workers based on the results of medical examinations to improve the work of medical commissions (certificate of registration of copyright for a scientific work No. 45519 dated 06.09.2012).

Developed a system of occupational health care for the working population in Ukraine and created an algorithm for providing medical care to workers, determining new organizational forms of providing (specialized) occupational health care, stages, and the scope of medical care (certificate of registration of copyright for a scientific work No. 57362 dated 24.11.2014).

Developed criteria for follow-up care based on the results of preventive medical examinations of workers in harmful and dangerous working conditions and a medical commission passport for the healthcare institution where the medical commission operates for conducting medical examinations of certain categories of workers.

Directly developed and prepared a training program for doctors in the specialty “Occupational Pathology.”

The results of scientific research have been implemented in the work of healthcare institutions in Kyiv, Uzhhorod, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv regions, and the city of Chervonohrad.

Published more than 50 scientific papers, holds 2 copyright certificates for the computer program “Preventive Medical Examinations” and the structural-functional model of medical care for workers.

Co-author of the scientific monograph “Medical Care for Workers: Problems and Solutions.”

Author of 4 standard and 10 working curricula in the academic discipline “Occupational Pathology.”

Since 2010 – chief expert of the Kyiv City Health Department on occupational pathology and heads the medical-expert commission on occupational pathology at the Kyiv City Occupational Pathology Center.

Since 2018 – heads the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Occupational Health Physicians and Occupational Medicine Doctors.”

The main scientific interests are related to the specialties “General practice-family medicine”, “Infectious diseases”

The author of more than 78 scientific works, including publication in the journal Scopus/Web of Science and in journals of category B, h-іndeks – 4, 1 author’s certificate, 4 educational and teaching-methodical manuals, 3 methodical recommendations.

The author of 27 training programs of the system of continuous medical education of doctors and conducting more than 400 training courses on topical issues of family medicine practice, including with international participation, for about 9,000 doctors of health care institutions and teachers of ZVMO of Ukraine, who participate in the training of doctors and nurses in the specialty “General practice-family medicine”.

Teacher of a number of training courses on various aspects of family medicine for primary care workers and teachers of higher educational institutions. Participant of a number of international projects on the development and implementation of modern training programs for Ukrainian doctors, executor of 4 scientific research works under the state order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the development and clinical practice of primary medical care on the basis of family medicine.

A doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty “General practice – family medicine”, has a specialization in infectious diseases.

Graduated from Kyiv light industry college in 1978. Since 1993 worked as a dispatcher of the Faculty of advanced training of the Bogomolets NMU, a laboratory assistant at the educational and scientific center of continuous professional education. From 2018 she is the laboratory assistant at the Educational and Scientific Center – Ukrainian Family Medicine Training Center.

In 2008, she graduated from the Kyiv Business Institute at the National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI” with a degree in “Enterprise Economics.”

Voloshyna Iryna

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Training Center of Family Medicine of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University. Public figure, coordinator of the activities of mobile medical teams of the NGO “Academy of Family Medicine of Ukraine”. Member of the Board of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Member of the Operational Headquarters of Vaccinated Infections, Member of the National Center for the Study of Family Medicine.

She began her career at the university, combining studies (specialty – medicine) and work as a nurse in the departments of cardiology and neurorehabilitation. In 2003, she worked as a district physician-therapist at the Medical Center

“Radioprylad” in Zaporizhia. At the age of 25 (in 2005), she defended her candidate’s thesis in the specialty “internal diseases” in the special council at the Zaporizhia State Medical University. She worked as an assistant at the Department of Internal Diseases

№2 of the ZSMU. In 2013, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty “internal diseases” at the State Educational Institution “Luhansk State Medical University”. From 2018 to 2022 – Professor of the Department of Family Medicine, Therapy and Cardiology of the Faculty of Family Medicine of the ZSMU. Scientific and pedagogical experience: 17 years. In 2022, I graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University with a specialization in “Medical Practice.” From 2022 to 2024, I completed an internship at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, based at the Pechersk District Primary Health Care Center in Kyiv, specializing in “General Practice – Family Medicine.” Since 2022, I have worked as the head of the medical department at the charitable foundation “Culture of Action.” Since 2024, I have been a PhD student at the Educational and Scientific Center — Ukrainian Training Center of Family Medicine for Postgraduate Education at the Bogomolets National Medical University.
