Vysotska Olga Ivanivna – Director of Educational and Research Center – Ukrainian family medicine training center (UCFM) of Bogomolets National Medical University, Candidate of Medical Sciences/PhD, Associate Professor.

 

Graduated from Ternopil State Medical Institute with specialty “General physician” in 1978 with honors and entry in the Golden Book of Honor, in 1979 – residency on specialization “Neurology”. She started her work in practical health care by a neurologist at the Ternopil city polyclinic and a physician in regional public health center. She completed her postgraduate studies and received PhD in 1986, the topic of the thesis is devoted to study characteristics of bone in terms of the use of artificially mineralized fluids. She was carried out in the ZVMO of Ukraine of different regions of Ukraine. Academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Faculty and Hospital Therapy  – 2002.

Physician of the highest category in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine”, specialization in therapy, organization and management of health care, the second higher education in the specialty “Pharmacy”, qualification of a pharmacist. She has received training abroad in the USA, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Czech Republic on family medicine practice, technologies of continuous medical education, etc. (1996, 1999, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 years). She worked as an expert advisor to the Permanent Commission of the Kyiv City Council on Health and Social Protection, Advisor to the Minister of Health of Ukraine (2005), national consultant to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) project. Expert of the Special Expert Group on Health of the Project to Provide Practical Recommendations to the Commission on Cooperation with Eastern Partnership Countries (2016-2017), Advisor to the British Medical Journal Educational Project in Ukraine (2016 – 2017). Chairman of the Advisory Expert Group on Primary Health Care of the Central Formal Committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (2015- including). She is the head of a number of international projects on the development and implementation of modern training programs for Ukrainian physicians, the responsible executor and the head of 4 research works on the request of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the development and clinical practice of primary care on the basis of family medicine. Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Family Medicine. Under the supervision of Vysotska O.I. 25 educational programs of the system of physician continuous medical education have been successfully developed and more than 300 educational courses conducted on topical issues of family medicine practice, including international participation, have been trained about 6 thousand physicians of health care facilities and teachers of Medical Schools/Universities and Colleges/Nurses School of Ukraine who participate in the physicians education and nurses in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine”. She is the author of more than 130 scientific printed articles in foreign and national journals. She is a co-author of 4 educational and training manuals, 3 textbooks, including 1 English textbook, 7 guidelines, 5 patents.

For significant achievements in professional activity, she was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2016), Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (2015), Acknowledgment of the Mayor of Kyiv (2004). Recommended for the title of Honored Doctor of Ukraine.

 

 

 

 

Vinogradova Halyna Mykolaivna – Assistant Professor of Educational and Research Center – Ukrainian family medicine training center (UCFM) of Bogomolets National Medical University.

 

Graduated from Smolensk State Medical Institute in 1973. From 1973 to 1974 she studied in the residency of infectious diseases at the department of infectious diseases of Smolensk State Medical University. From 1979 to 1981 she studied in clinical residency in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Kyiv Institute for physicians continue development. From 1981 to 1983 she studied at the postgraduate school of the Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases named after L.V. Gromashevsky. In 1985, she obtained the Candidate of Medical Sciences degree in “Scattered intravascular coagulation and methods for its correction”.

She has a higher qualification category in general practice – family medicine, specialization in infectious diseases, anesthesiology and reanimation. Lecturer in a number of training courses on various aspects of family medicine for primary and secondary level educational institutions. Scientific adviser of the first HIV / AIDS clinical unit in Ukraine, where she studied the clinical manifestations of the disease and worked out strategies for managing HIV / AIDS cases in Ukraine. She worked as a Senior Researcher at the Department of Intensive Care and Detoxification at the Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases named after L.V. Gromashevskyi. Vinogradova G.M. studied the scientific aspects of diagnostics and treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation in patients with leptospirosis and defended her thesis in this field. She worked as an associate professor at the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Bogomolets National Medical University and in medical college. Responsible for educational and methodological work at the ERC UCFM. She is a co-author of 4 textbooks, 72 scientific papers, 1 author’s certificate of invention. Vinogradova G.M. is interested on family medicine practice and deepens her knowledge in various fields of primary care.

 

 

 

 

Meshkova Olena Mykhailivna – Associate Professor at the  UCFM, graduated from Simferopol Medical School with honors in obstetrics in 1980, in 1989 – Crimean Medical Institute with a degree in Pediatrics.

 

After graduation she worked as a regular and district pediatrician of pediatric department of a multidisciplinary hospital, since 1998 to 2004  she is a head of Children’s Polyclinic №3 in Simferopol. From September 2004 to September 2018 she has been working as the Deputy Chief Doctor of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital “OHMATDIT” for organizational and methodological work. Has valuable experience working with healthcare institutions in Ukraine to provide timely, highly specialized medical care for children of age and to implement programs for the implementation health care projects for children and mothers (in the framework of programs of the UN / UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, and ensuring linkages with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine organizational and methodological issues and the organization work and control over methodically-organization monitoring Center within international projects (perinatal technologist and, social and social services for adolescents and youth, on HIV / AIDS), Center for infectious diseases “Clinic for the treatment of children with HIV / AIDS”, Center for radiology, etc. She was the coordinator of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the organization of medical -social services to adolescents and youth, including at-risk groups, to develop and implement a project on an innovative integrated model of HIV prevention, health care and support for at-risk women. Since 2009, under the UN / UNICEF, TNF, WHO works as a specialist assessment / reassessment of health care compliance status of “Baby-Friendly Hospital” and “Youth Friendly Clinics”. Since 2011 – national trainer on the provision of medical assistance to adolescents and youth on the principles of “friendly approach” to youth, on the prevention of HIV infection, conducting VCT (voluntary counseling and testing), etc. She has been active in a number of international projects, such as the projects of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Center for Global Public Health of the University of Manitoba, the International Center for Infectious Diseases (Canada), and the Ukrainian Institute for Social Research. O. Yaremenko, USAID and others.

In 2011, she defended her PhD thesis for obtaining a scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic: “Risky behavior of adolescents: Forecasting criteria and its prevention in the conditions of adolescent departments, created on the principles of “friendly approach” to youth”, 14.01.10 – Pediatrics. Candidate of Medical Sciences, Highest Pediatrician category, majoring in Pediatrics, Management and Organization of Health Care. Honored Doctor of Ukraine. Since 2018 working in the ERC UCFM works on the position of Associate Professor. Number of printed works 29, including co-author of 2 guidelines, 4 manuals, 4 manuals and 1 utility model patent.

 

 

 

 

Golovchanskyi  Oleksandr Mykolaiovych  – Associate Professor, PhD of ERC UCFM.

 

In 1985 he graduated with honors from the Bogomolets NMU. Qualifying competences – doctor-reflexologist of the highest category (2011), general practitioner-family medicine (2015), physiotherapist (2004), neurologist (2001), anesthesiologist (1988). He worked as an anesthesiologist at the Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics. Since 1993 he has been working at the Bogomolets NMU. Until 2014, he taught elective courses on the basics of homeopathy and the basics of reflexology at the department of neurology and rehabilitation medicine. Since 2014, on the basis of the ERC UCFM has been conducting thematic improvement of physicians on the use of traditional Chinese medicine methods, reflexology in general medical practice. He is administering of the Ukrainian-Chinese project of TKM “QIHUANG”. He is responsible for medical work at UCFM. He has extensive practical experience in complementary therapies (TKM internships in 2014, 2015-16, China, Lanzhou, Gansu University TKM), Chinese Image Medicine (2008 China, Beijing, Kundavel Institute), classical homeopathy (1990-1991, Kyiv, Center of Homeopathy, Ministry of Health of the USSR), cranio-sacral therapy (2002-2004, Kyiv, PL Shupyk KIAPO and Interessengemeinschaft kranio Ukraine / Schweiz); instructor zhong yuan zigun. He is the author and co-author of 57 scientific papers.

 

 

 

 

Dumenko Tatyana Mykhailivna– Associate Professor of UCFM (part time).

 

Specializations in therapy, organization and management of health care, PhD. Director of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She has practical experience of medical practice and public administration in the field of health care, experience of scientific-pedagogical work. She is the Authorized Representative of Ukraine in the WHO Collaboration Center on Pricing and Reimbursement. Trainer of the USAID International HIV Reform Services Project in Action in the Development of a Certified Public Health Curriculum, conducted in Ukraine by Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, LLS, in collaboration with Bogomolets NMU, University of California, San Francisco (USA) and with the support of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She has extensive training in health care organization and regulation of the pharmaceutical market at many Ukrainian, international and foreign educational events. Author of more than 30 scientific publications on specialized topics. Co-author of 1 monograph, 2 manuals, 4 copyright certificates.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vysotskyi Volodymyr Ihorovych– Assistant Professor of UCFM.

 

In 2005 graduated with honors from the Medical Faculty of the Bogomolets National Medical University on the medical specialty, in 1999 – Ukrainian Medical Lyceum of the Bogomolets National Medical University. After graduating from NMU he studied in internship and magistracy (2005-2007), clinical residency in the specialty “general practice-family medicine” (2007-2009), worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the Department of Internal Diseases № 3 of Bogomolets NMU and general practitioner-family physician in the out-patient clinic (2009-2010). Graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2010–2012) with honors and received a Master’s Degree on Public Health Management, in 2014 – Pharmaceutical Faculty of Bogomolets NMU. Received specialty Pharmacy, qualification of a pharmacist. Vysotskyi V.I. has been working as an assistant professor at the Ukrainian Family Medicine Training Center (UCFM) since 2012. He is responsible for the international cooperation direction, distance learning, implementation of medical information systems in the center. He has a higher qualification category in the specialty of general practice-family medicine. He is constantly improving his professional qualifications both in Ukraine and abroad (USA, Austria, Czech Republic, Canada).

 

 

 

 

 

Bryakina Anna Andriivna – Assistant Professor of UCFM.

 

Graduated from the Medical Faculty # 1 of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2015. From 2015 to 2017 studied in residency in the specialty “General Practice-Family Medicine” at the Department of Therapy, Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenereology of Postgraduate Education in the Bogomolets National Medical University. She underwent practical training at the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 15 (therapeutic department) and at the Center for Primary Health Care № 2 of Podilskyi District, Kyiv. From 2017 to 2019 studied in clinical residency in the UCFM. . Since 2017, she has worked as a physician in the Primary Health Care Center # 2 in Podilskyi district of Kyiv. Since 2019 she has been working as an assistant professor in the UCFM. She is performing research work and has 4 scientific publications. She is a full member of the Ukrainian Association of Family Medicine.

 

 

 

 

 

Byk Vitaliy Ivanovych – Assistant professor of UCFM.

 

Graduated from the Medical Faculty # 1 of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2015. After graduating from NMU he studied in internship (2014-2016), clinical residency in the specialty “general practice-family medicine” (2016-2018), worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the UCFM (2018-2019). Since 2019 he has been working as an assistant in the UCFM. He is responsible for implementing distance learning and medical information systems at the center; holds classes with students. He is a qualified general practitioner in family medicine. Has a high level of personal computer skills and information and communication technologies.

 

 

 

 

 

Soroka Iryna Zinovievna – Assistant Professor of UCFM (part time).

 

Head of the Department of Age Specific Health at the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Worked as the head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Center of the State Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She has the highest category in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, organization and management of health care. Since 2002, she has dealt with HIV / AIDS. She has general medical experience for more than 30 years, 8 years experience in managing a healthcare facility; prepared as a trainer for the USAID International HIV Services Reform Project in the direction of Developing a Certified Public Health Curriculum; successfully participated as a teacher in the planned holding on UCFM the thematic training courses with international participation. She is a national expert trainer certified by I-TECH of the University of Washington’s “Clinical Assessment for Systems Strengthening” (CLASS) to further enhance HIV prevention AIDS in Ukraine; certified participant in many international training seminars. Author of 10 scientific publications.

Graduated from Kyiv light industry college in 1978. Since 1993 worked as a dispatcher of the Faculty of advanced training of the Bogomolets NMU, a laboratory assistant at the educational and scientific center of continuous professional education. From 2018 she is the laboratory assistant at the Educational and Scientific Center – Ukrainian Family Medicine Training Center.

Graduated in 2006 with honors from Kyiv City Medical College №4, in 2010 – Bogomolets NMU, where she received her higher education in the specialty “Medical”. Since 2007 to 2012 worked at the Kyiv Regional Blood Center as a nurse of the expedition. From 2012 to 2014, she took an residency in the Bogomolets NMU and Kyiv City Clinical Hospital # 2, on the specialty in General Practice – Family Medicine. Graduated clinical residency in the specialty “General Practice – Family Medicine” at UCFM. She worked at the National Center for Primary Health Care of the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv as a general practitioner – family medicine. Rozkladka Anna Valeriivna – clinical resident at UCFM.

 

She graduated from the medical faculty №1 of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2013. From 2013 to 2015 she studied in the residency on specialty “General practice-family medicine” on the basis of the Center of PHC # 1 of the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv, passed practical training on the basis of the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital of first aid. After completing her internship, she worked as a general practitioner – family physician at the Center for Primary Health Care # 1 of the Dniprovskyi District of Kyiv. In 2015, she completed her correspondence studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Zaporizhzhya State Medical University on specialty “pharmacist-cosmetologist”.
