DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT
The department started its activity in 1982. The main direction is the training of specialists in the field of health care management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The training of managers in the field of health care at the postgraduate level is carried out in cycles of specialization in the specialty “Organization and management of health care” and cycles of thematic improvement.
At the undergraduate level, students of medical faculties have the opportunity to acquire knowledge in the following areas: health care economics, management and marketing in health care, information technologies in medicine, electronic health care system, basics of marketing management and administration in health care etc.
A separate direction of the department’s activity is the training of highly qualified managers in the field of health care, II (master’s level) in specialty 073 “Management”, educational program “Management in the field of health care”.
Students and graduates of the Department of Health Care Management are winners and prize-winners of All-Ukrainian and International competition programs for business planning and development of medical projects.
