Participation of the department staff in international conferences

 

Head of the Department of Hygiene and Ecology # 2 Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Yavorovskyi, full member of the International Academy of Environmental Safety Sciences, a member of the editorial board of the magazine “Problems of Health and Ecology” (Belarus) and a participant of international conferences of symposia and seminars, for many years directs the work of the department on international cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of public health.

Recent years have not become an exception for the staff of the department who is active in the direction of international cooperation of the department. In 2019, Associate Professor Taran Nina Valeriivna was invited to participate in the International Conference on Open Dialogue in Applied Engineering: Recent Advances and New Frontiers held on November 14-17 in Funchal (Madeira, Portugal). At the plenary sessions on nanomedicine, she presented two Occupational Risk Assessment and Results of experimental studies reports. Finding the Mechanisms of Damage to Metal Nanoparticles on Organs and Functional Systems of Laboratory Animals », which discussed the topic of reducing the risk of nanoparticle effects on the body of people engaged in nanoproduction.

 

 

 

Ph.D., Associate Professor L.O. Kuyun will participate in the COPD conference, which will take place on September 24-25, 2020 in Paris, France, and will present a report on the prevention, treatment and prospects of preventive therapy for COPD patients.

 

Employee traineeship

In 2020 MD, Professor Yu.O.Paustovskyi, PhDs, Associate Professors: V.I.Zenkina, T.O. Zinchenko and M.L.Marchenko participated in the French-Ukrainian Educational Program for Ukrainian Healthcare and Pharmacy Specialists (ASFUDS), visited medical museums and institutions of Czech Republic, Germany, France and Switzerland.
