Head of Department
Bila Viktoriia Volodymyrivna

PhD in Medical Sciences, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Doctor of the Highest Qualification Category, Member of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Ukraine and Kyiv. Medical Director of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Perinatal Center of Kyiv.”

From August 1, 1989, to February 11, 2004, she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Territorial Medical Association of the Soviet District of Kyiv.

From February 12, 2004, to December 16, 2008, she held the position of Head of the Maternity Ward at Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 7.

From 2008 to 2024, she served as the Director of the Perinatal Center of Kyiv. In 2012, she defended her dissertation for the degree of PhD in Medical Sciences on the topic: “Pathogenetic Treatment of the Threat of Premature Birth.”

From March 1, 2013, to June 30, 2022, she worked as an Assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 at Bogomolets National Medical University, concurrently.

From September 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, she worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 at Bogomolets National Medical University, concurrently.

Since April 3, 2023, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology in Postgraduate Education at Bogomolets National Medical University, concurrently. She holds the highest qualification category in the specialty “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

In 2015, Bila V.V. was awarded the title of Honored Doctor of Ukraine. She is a member of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Ukraine and Kyiv

Govseiev Dmytro Oleksandrovych

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Doctor of the Highest Qualification Category, Member of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Ukraine and Kyiv, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 at Bogomolets National Medical University, Director of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Perinatal Center of Kyiv.”

Dmytro OleksandrovychGovseiev graduated from Kyiv Medical Institute in 1985 with a degree in “Medical Practice.”

In 2020, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic: “Recurrent Obstetric and Perinatal Pathology (Preeclampsia, Placental Dysfunction, and Gestational Anemia), Diagnosis, Prevention, and Prognosis.”

From July 1, 1995, to July 1, 2000, Govseiev D.O. worked at the Medical Institute of the Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine as an Assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

From April 1997 to March 1998, he was the Head of the Pregnancy Pathology Department at Maternity Hospital No. 5.

From March 1998 to January 2019, he served as Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs at Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5

. From September 1, 2015, to June 26, 2018, Govseiev D.O. worked at Bogomolets National Medical University as an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Postgraduate Education.

From September 13, 2018, to May 11, 2021, he served as an Associate Professor at the Department of Surgical Diseases with a Course in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Course in Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the International Academy of Ecology and Medicine.

From 2019 to 2024, he was the Director of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5.”

From May 12 to June 25, 2021, and from September 16, 2021, to the present, he has been working at Bogomolets National Medical University as a Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology in Postgraduate Education, concurrently.

Since 2024, he has been the Director of the Perinatal Center of Kyiv. Govseiev D.O. holds the highest medical qualification category.

He is a member of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Ukraine and Kyiv. In 2004, Govseiev D.O. was awarded the title of Honored Doctor of Ukraine.

 

 

Chermak Ihor Ivanovych

 

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Master of Law, Doctor of the Highest Qualification Category.

 

In 1987, he graduated from Kyiv Medical Institute with a degree in “Medical Practice.”

In 2009, he graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In 2010, he completed his master’s degree at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Since 2012, he has held the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences in the specialty “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

His dissertation on the topic: “Infertility in Women of Late Reproductive Age: Diagnosis and Treatment Tactics” was defended on April 9, 2012, at the specialized academic council at the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

In 2015, he defended his thesis at the Faculty of Economics at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

 

 

Batman Yurii Anastasovych

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Physician of the Highest Qualification Category, Member of the Association of Neonatologists of Ukraine.

Yuriy Anastasovych Batman graduated from the Pediatric Faculty of Donetsk Medical Institute named after M. Gorky in 1981. From 1981 to 1982, he studied in an internship in pediatrics at the Department of Faculty Pediatrics at the Donetsk Medical Institute named after M. Gorky. From 1986 to 1988, he completed a clinical residency at the Department of Neonatology of the same institution.Since 1988, he has worked as a senior laboratory assistant, assistant at the Department of Neonatology, and later as an associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology. In 1987, as part of a team of Ukrainian consulting doctors, he provided assistance to children in Tajikistan, for which he received an Honorary Certificate. In 1994, he underwent training in the USA on breastfeeding and has been a WHO UNICEF expert on these matters since 1999. In 1994 and 1996, he trained in Germany in neonatal resuscitation, in 1999 in Sweden on perinatal audit, and in 2011-2012 in Italy, Israel, Spain, Portugal, and Austria.In 1999, he was awarded the highest qualification category as a neonatologist. In 2005, he received an Honorary Certificate from the Donetsk Regional State Administration, in 2008 he was awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in 2014 he received an Honorary Certificate from the Association of Neonatologists of Ukraine, and in 2019 he was awarded the Order of “For Flawless Medical Assistance” by the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.Yuriy A. Batman is a highly qualified educator with 28 years of teaching experience and a total of 43 years in the field. He is an active participant in state obstetrics and neonatology conferences and congresses. In 1993, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic: “Features of Early Emergency Adaptation of Newborns Delivered by Cesarean Section and Prediction of Their Condition.” In 2008, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on “Perinatal Dispensarization of the Fetus, Prediction of Emergency Conditions, and Features of Newborn Adaptation.”

From 2009 to 2014, he served as the Head of the Department of Neonatology at the Faculty of Internship and Postgraduate Education. In July 2011, he was awarded the academic title of Professor by the Attestation Board. From 1999 to 2014, he fulfilled the duties of Deputy General Director of the Donetsk Regional Center for Maternal and Child Health in Neonatology, performing significant medical work and overseeing the newborn resuscitation and care units for low-birth-weight infants.

From 2014 to 2016, he was the Chief Researcher at the Department of Neonatology at the State Institution “Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology (IPAG) of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.” Yuriy A. Batman, as a capable organizer, constantly strives to improve the quality of neonatal services by implementing new modern diagnostic methods, technologies, and global medical standards. He actively participated in obtaining the Joint Commission International (USA) certificate for the “Leleka” maternity hospital, the most prestigious accreditation system for medical institutions.

Yuriy A. Batman has authored 257 printed scientific and educational-methodical works, with a Hirsch Index (Scopus) of 1 and a Hirsch Index (Google Scholar) of 6. In the last year, he published 3 papers in Scopus, one of which is Scopus Q1. He is a co-author of 4 monographs, having written 10 separate chapters, as well as 34 educational-methodical works, 3 patents, and an authorship certificate.

Since May 2022, he has been working as a professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology at the Postgraduate Education Institute of O.O. Bohomolets National Medical University. During his time at the department, he has earned the respect of colleagues, students, and patients. He fully engages in medical and consulting work and is skilled in modern diagnostic and treatment methods.

Herevych Nadiia Vasylivna

 

PhD in Medical Sciences, Associate Professor.

 

In 2000, she graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University with a degree in “Medical Practice.”

Since 2022, she has held a master’s degree in Public Administration and Management.

Since 2005, she has been an Assistant at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductology at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and an Obstetrician-Gynecologist at Kyiv Maternity Hospital No. 2.

From 2016 to 2020, she served as an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Fetal Medicine at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a Senior Researcher at the Pregnancy and Childbirth Pathology Department at the Lukianova Research Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.

Since 2022, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Bogomolets National Medical University.

Since September 2021, she has also been an Associate Professor at the Department of Surgery at the Educational and Scientific Center “Institute of Biology and Medicine” of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Martynova Liliya Ivanivna

 

PhD in Medical Sciences.

 

In 1991, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Bogomolets National Medical University.

From 1991 to 1993, she completed her clinical residency at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 3 at Bogomolets National Medical University.

From 1995 to 2011, she served as an Assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 3.

Since 2015, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology at the Institute of Postgraduate Education.

In 2003, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: “Conservative Methods of Treating Ectopic Pregnancy.”

In 2009, she graduated from Solomon International University with a degree in Law, specializing in “Legal Studies (Medical Law).”

In 2013, she completed her studies at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, majoring in “Business Administration.” She holds the first qualification category as a physician.

 

 

Hromova Oleksandra Leonidivna

 

Doctor of Philosophy.

In 2015, he graduated from the Medical Faculty of O.O. Bohomolets Kyiv Medical University with a specialty in “General Medicine.”

From 2015 to 2018, he completed postgraduate education at the O.O. Bohomolets Institute of Postgraduate Education, specializing in “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

From 2018 to 2024, he worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5.

In 2021, he defended his dissertation on the topic: “Therapeutic and Diagnostic Criteria for the Effectiveness of Assisted Reproductive Technologies in Women with Recurrent Implantation Failure” and obtained the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

Since 2024, he has been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Perinatal Center of Kyiv.

Berestovyi Vladyslav Olehovych

 

PhD in Medical Sciences.

 

In 2015, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Bogomolets National Medical University with a degree in “Medical Practice.”

From 2015 to 2018, he completed his postgraduate education at the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Bogomolets National Medical University, specializing in “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

Since 2018, he has been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Perinatal Center of Kyiv. He has also served as an Assistant at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology at the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Bogomolets National Medical University since 2018.

Sokol Inna Viktorivna

 

Assistant Professor, PhD

Graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, she completed an internship in the specialty “Obstetrics and Gynecology.” From 2018 to 2024, she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Kyiv Maternity Hospital No. 5.” Since 2018, she has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology at the Postgraduate Education Faculty of Bogomolets National Medical University.

Since 2020, she has also been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the University Clinic. In 2021, she obtained a specialization in “Ultrasound Diagnostics” and completed her studies at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in the field of “Public Administration and Management.” In 2023, she received a specialization in “Pediatric Gynecology.”

Also, in 2023, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: “New Aspects of Pathogenesis and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Treatment for Women with Climacteric Syndrome in Perimenopause.”

 

 

Olena Borysivna Yaroschuk

 

Obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest category, pediatric gynecologist.

From 1998 to 2000, she completed her internship in the specialty of “Obstetrics and Gynecology” at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Kyiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after Shupyk.

From 2000 to 2012, she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the women’s consultation of the Solomiansky District Central Regional Hospital in Kyiv.

From January 2, 2012, to February 17, 2016, she served as an obstetrician-gynecologist at Women’s Consultation No. 2 of the Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5.

From February 18, 2016, to January 29, 2018, she was the head of Women’s Consultation No. 3 at Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5.

From February 1, 2018, to September 1, 2018, she worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Institute for Postgraduate Education, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University.

From September 2, 2018, to January 31, 2021, she was the head of the Outpatient Department of Obstetric-Gynecological Observation.

From 2021 to 2024, she served as the Deputy Director of the Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 5. She is currently working on her PhD dissertation on the topic: “Markers of Intrauterine Infection in the Prediction of Premature Births.”

 

 

Andrii Mykolaiovych Martych

 

In 2019, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Kyiv Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets with a specialization in “General Medicine.”

From 2019 to 2022, he completed his postgraduate education at the Institute for Postgraduate Education named after O.O. Bogomolets, specializing in “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

Since 2022, he has been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Kyiv Perinatal Center.

Since 2022, he has also been an assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology, Institute for Postgraduate Education, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University.

He is currently working on his PhD dissertation on the topic: “Prediction of the Success of Labor Induction in Primiparous Women at Risk of Post-Term Pregnancy.”

 

 

Kyrylo Olegovych Ventskivskyi

 

PhD in Medical Sciences, obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest qualification category, and ultrasound specialist of the second qualification category.

 

He is the Head of the Department of Maternal and Child Joint Care No. 1 at the Kyiv Perinatal Center.

From August 1, 2007, to December 7, 2011, he worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 at the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets.

From July 5, 2010, to May 17, 2012, he worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity ward of Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 7, on a part-time basis.

From May 18, 2012, to July 6, 2023, he served as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the maternity ward of the Kyiv Perinatal Center.

Since July 7, 2023, he has been the Head of the Department of Maternal and Child Joint Care No. 1 at the Kyiv Perinatal Center.

Since September 18, 2023, he has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology, Institute for Postgraduate Education, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, on a part-time basis

 

 

Oleh Oleksandrovych Berestovyi

 

Doctor of Medical Sciences.

 

Oleh Oleksandrovych Berestovyi graduated from the State Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov in 1997.

From 1997 to 1999, he specialized in “Obstetrics and Gynecology” at the Kyiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Since 2000, he has worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist in the Department of Assisted Reproductive Technologies at the Isida IVF Clinic.

From 2008 to 2014, he served as the leading consultant in the Infertility Treatment Department at the Isida Clinic.

From 2002 to 2016, he worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist in the Department of Operative Gynecology at the Medicom Clinic on a part-time basis.

In 2005, he defended his PhD dissertation on “Constitutional Features of Women with Genital Endometriosis” in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

From 2007 to 2014, he worked at the Institute of Reproductive Genetics as the Head of the Department of Assisted Reproductive Technologies.

On July 25, 2014, he was awarded the highest qualification category in “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”

Since 2014, he has been working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Materi Clinic for Reproductive Medicine.

Since 2023, he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology, Institute for Postgraduate Education, O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 2023, he defended his doctoral dissertation on “Optimization of the Tactics of Assisted Reproductive Technologies and Prediction of Treatment Effectiveness in Cases of Combined Infertility in Couples.”
