The Student Scientific Club of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry was founded in 1989. Over the more than 30-year period of the SSC existence, the leading specialists of the department were Dr. Med. Sci., Asst. Antonyshin B.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Prof. Bidenko N.V.. Among the participants of the student scientific club of the department are many well-known doctors and scientists: Dr. Med. Sci., Prof. Sorochenko G.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Asst. Kryzhalko O.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Asst. Lyutikov O.I., Ishutko I.F., PhD Chehertma E., Kovnatskyi O.L., Slabkovskyi V.V. and others.

The club’s meetings are dedicated to:

• modern pediatric dentistry and prevention of dental diseases;
• methodology of scientific research and presentation of research results;
• preparing for student olympiads and competitions;
• mastering practical skills in pediatric dentistry and prevention of dental diseases.

The group meetings are held: once a month, the last week of the month
