MEETING OF THE CHAIRMAN OF KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION (KCSA), V. BONDARENKO WITH DOCTORS OF THE CAPITAL

On April 8, 2014, in the assembly hall of physicochemical campus of the University the meeting between the Chairman of the KCSA, V.D. Bondarenko and the medical community of the capital as well as the city trade union of health care field employees was held.

Event was leaded by the Chairman of KCSA, V.D. Bondarenko, Head of Kyiv trade union of health care field employees, L.V. Kanarovskaya, President of NAMS, A.M. Serdyuk, Director of the Department of Health of the KSCA, V.A. Mokhoriev, Vice-Rector on scientific and pedagogical work of O.O. Bohomolets NMU. Professor K.M. Yavorivskyi.

The important issues of reforming the current system of health of the capital, including the issues of improving the material and technical base of health facilities of the capital (they are more than 700 institutions indeed), persistent problem of deficit of the medical staff in Kyiv,   necessity of reorganization and restructuring of the medical institutions, etc were discussed.

Chairman of the Kyiv city administration V.D. Bondarenko in his speech emphasized that the state public authorities will undertake all the necessary efforts to put all the existing problems into the respective normative documents for their solving as soon as possible. Volodymyr Dmytriyevych Dmitrievich assured that for the purpose of optimization of this joint Public Board would work at KSCA in order to provide the population with quality medical service, and to provide the medical workers  with normal conditions of work and decent wages.

At the end of the meeting the winners of the competition among health care institutions of Kiev for the best organization of the work on social partnership between medical staff and state administration authority – for the best collective agreement over the year – were awarded with the diplomas and prizes.
