MEETING OF SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL AT NMU

The regular meeting of the Scientific council of University with participation of President in NAMS of Ukraine, academician V.I. Tsymbaliuk took place on 21, March, 2016.

Some employees of university were awarded with Charters of Honor from Scientific council for significant personal contribution into development of University and on occasion of jubilee: professors K.M. Amosova, D.S. Volokh, L.I. Kazak, N.O. Gorchakova, G.M. Drannyk, O.V. Romanenko, V.G. Perederiy. The head at department of pharmaceutical, biological and toxicological chemistry, Doctor of Medicine, professor I.V. Nizhenkovska was congratulated with awarding the honorary degree “Honorary scientist and technician of Ukraine”.

According to the agenda they discussed:

·         Report about scientific activity for 2015.

·         Top-priority directions and perspectives for development of scientific activity at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university.

·         Approval of consolidated plan for scientific research works for 2016.

·         Current and perspective tasks for training of scientific pedagogical staff at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university.

·         Approval of plan for training of scientific pedagogical staff at university for 2016

2.1. About support to recommendation for candidacies of scientists – employees of other establishments to election of corresponding members and full members (academicians) in NAMS of Ukraine:

·         Head at division of occupational pathology, Doctor of Medicine, professor Basanets Anzhela Volodymyrivna (SE “Institute of labor medicine at NAMS”) to the post of corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine due to specialty “ecology and industry stipulated diseases”;

·         Head at department on organization of medical provision for armed forces, Laureate of State Prize of Ukraine in the sphere of science and technology, Doctor of Medicine, professor Badiuk Mykhaylo Ivanovych (Ukrainian military medical academy) to the post of corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine due to specialty “scientific medical provision for armed forces and other military formations”;

·         Head at department of nervous diseases and neurosurgery, Laureate of State Prize of Ukraine in the sphere of science and technology, Doctor of Medicine, professor Dziak Liudmyla Antonivna (SE “Dnipropetrovsk medical academy of MHC of Ukraine”) to the post of corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine due to specialty “Psychophysiology”;

·         Director in SE “M.I. Sytenko Institute of pathology of spine and joints at NAMS of Ukraine”, Laureate of State Prize of Ukraine, Honorary scientist and technician of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor Korzh Mykola Oleksiyovych (SE “M.I. Sytenko Institute of pathology of spine and joints at NAMS of Ukraine”) to the post of corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine due to specialty “Traumatology and orthopedics”;

·         Head at department of medicine of catastrophes and military medical training, Doctor of Medicine, professor Roschin Georgiy Georgiyovych (P.L. Shupyka NMAPE) to the post of corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine due to specialty “Medicine of emergencies”.

2.2. About approval of cycle on topical improvement for general practitioners, physicians, cardiologists, neurologists, endocrinologists, pulmonologists, oncologists “Prevention and control for chronic non-infectious diseases”.

2.3. About approval of programs for occupational entrance tests in specialty “Pharmacy” 226, Dentistry 221 and Medicine 222.

2.4. About recommendation to assign the label of MHC to study guide for students at higher schools of the 4^th accreditation level, edited by professor Bezrodnyy B.G. “Methodical guidelines to practical classes in surgery” module 8.

2.5. About recommendation for publication and assignment of label of MHC to study guide in English “General nutrition” for students of higher schools of the 3^rd-4^th accreditation level, edited by professor Omelchuk S.T., assistant professor O.V. Kuzminska.

2.6. About approval and recommendation for publication of “Methodic guidelines for teachers about organization of educational process in obstetrics and gynecology” (specialty 7.12.01.001 – medical care”), developed by employees at department of obstetrics and gynecology No 1, edited by corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor Ventskivskyy B.M., professor, Doctor of Medicine Ventskivska I.B., professor, Doctor of Medicine Lakotash V.P.

2.7. About support to receipt of personal stipends from President of Ukraine, CMU, stipend from CM to talented children from a number of invalids.

2.8. Approval of provisions about annual bonus for gifted people in the sphere of fundamental and applied researches and scientific technical developments by graduates from NMU, who studied on contractual basis.
