MEETING OF UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION
The regular meeting of university administration, headed by rector Amosova K.M., was held on 20, February, 2015 in administrative building of University.
The first report “State and perspectives for development of faculty on improvement of qualification for teachers at O.O. Bohomolets NMU within the context for integration of Ukraine into uniform European educational space” was made be dean in FIQ, professor Marushko Yu.V. He informed the present people about the work of faculty on improvement of qualification at University.
It was resolved:
1. To approve the activity by dean’s office and faculty on improvement of qualification for teachers at O.O. Bohomolets NMU on provision with organization of academic process, its methodic accompaniment, implementation of innovative learning technologies at learning cycles for teachers at higher medical schools of Ukraine of I-IV accreditation levels in 2014 and to recommend to submit the report about state and perspectives for development of FIQ at Scientific council of university
2. To prepare and to provide the learning materials for attendants of FIQ for placement on the website of department of pedagogy and psychology of higher medical education: educational methodic materials for performance of cycles for qualification improvement, thematic improvements, including taking into consideration the correspondence form of study(period – until 01.10.2015, responsible persons – dean of FIQ, head in division of computer learning technologies and distance education, head at department of pedagogy and psychology of higher medical education, heads at specialized departments).
3. To improve the content-rich component for further implementation of innovative learning technologies at cycles of qualification improvement at FIQ in 2016-2020 academic years (period – until 01.10.2015, responsible persons – dean of FIQ, head at department of pedagogy and psychology of higher medical education).
4. To develop the curricula for cycles of qualification improvement in mural and extra-mural distance learning on pedagogy and therapy, pedagogy and pediatrics (period – until 01.11.2015, responsible persons – dean of FIQ, head at department of innovative learning technologies, heads at specialized departments).
5.To perform the re-structuring of academic industrial plan (cycles of qualification improvement, thematic improvements, probations) according to perspectives for development of FIQ, establishment of new department of pedagogy and psychology of higher medical education, implementation of new cycles of FIQ (period – until 25.04.2015, responsible persons – dean of FIQ, heads at specialized departments).
6. To enlarge the list and to develop and to approve the program of additional probation in academic subjects for attendants of higher medical schools of Ukraine of I-II accreditation levels during improvement of teachers’ qualification in pedagogy, innovative learning technologies and in main specialty at FIQ (period – during a year, responsible persons – dean of FIQ, heads at specialized departments).
7. To charge the first prorector on scientific pedagogical activity professor Tsekhmister Ya.V. with the control for fulfillment of decision by university administration.
The next issue in agenda was the issue “About results from autumn winter semester in 2014-2015 a.y.” (Reporter – head in academic methodic division, assistant professor Stechenko O.V.). Stechenko O.V. in her report informed the present people about amount of expelled students and students, who were sent for repeated course of study. Besides, the assistant professor acquainted with the order No 93, dd. 13.02.2015 “About changes in schedule for academic process at NMU in spring summer semester in 2014-2015 a.y.
The next issue in agenda was the issue “About results from previous allocation of graduates in 2015”. The prorector on scientific pedagogical activity, professor Stepanenko V.I. acquainted the present people with the working procedure for Commission on job placement of graduates.
The members in university administration unanimously took the decision to bring up the issue about reorganization of department of general and medical psychology to the Scientific council of University. The information about reorganization was provided by the first rector on scientific pedagogical activity, professor Tsekhmister Ya.V.
The last issue was “About establishment of departments for postgraduate education at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university”, which was reported by dean on internship and improvement of qualification for doctors, assistant professor Kuchyn Yu.L.
