PARTICIPATION OF STUDENT FROM UNIVERSITY IN THE VTH INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL PHARMACEUTICAL CONGRESS OF STUDENTS AND YOUNG SCIENTISTS

The Vth International medical pharmaceutical congress of students and young scientists BIMCO (Bucovinian International Medical Congress) took place on 4-6, April, 2018 on the base of Bukovyna Medical University. This year over 1,550 representatives from medical and pharmaceutical educational establishment and medical facilities from 23 countries: Ukraine, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Great Britain, Greece, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Moldova, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Philippines took part in the work of congress. 37 section meetings in theoretical, experimental, clinical medicine, as well as humanitarian and organizational aspects in medical and pharmaceutical sphere, including biophysics; 37 clinical master classes and trainings in Ukrainian and English were performed at the forum.

15 reports by students from Lisbon (Portugal), Kyiv, Sumy, Chernivtsi and other cities were presented at section meeting “Medical and biological physics, information technologies in medicine and pharmacy”. The report by students from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University Kateryna Sorokopud on topic “Analysis on structure and concepts of course in medical and biological physics for study of nanotechnologies in medical universities (scientific supervisor – assistant professor Yehorenkov A.I. and assistant professor Pashchenko V.V.) was also presented. This report took the 3rd place at the abovementioned section. The research was held within the work of school-seminar “Problems of bioethics and physics of the living matters at department of medical and biological physics and informatics at NMU. The report presented the results from analysis on content of modern researches in the field of nanotechnologies and nanomedicine in order to implement this knowledge into fundamental higher medical education. The analysis on bioethical problems in implementation of nanotechnologies into modern medicine was also performed.
