JOINT MEETING FOR CONFERENCE OF LABOR COLLECTIVE AND SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL OF NMU

The joint meeting for Conference of labor collective and Scientific council of university took place on 29, December, 2015 with the quorum, which is necessary to open the work: 242 delegates from 271 persons from composition of delegates for Conference of University labor collective were registered, as well as 70 persons from 92 members in Scientific council.

At the beginning of the meeting the rector KATERYNA AMOSOVA was awarded with the international quality certificate “Acknowledgment of perfection”, which was received by O.O. Bohomolets National medical university after check of experts. The president of Ukrainian quality association PETRO KALYTA presented the certificate.

The Ministry of education and science of Ukraine approved the decision by Scientific council of university about awarding the scientific titles to employees of University and certificates about awarding the scientific title “professor” were received by professor at department of children’s therapeutic dentistry and prevention of dental diseases NATALIIA BIDENKO, professor at department of otorhinolaryngology YULIIA DEYEVA, professor at department of psychiatry and narcology NATALIIA DZERUZHYNSKA, professor at department of labor hygiene and occupational diseases VOLODYMYR TKACHYSHYN.

According to the agenda for the Conference of labor collective, headed by chairman of employees’ trade union MARIA LUKIANETS the following issues were considered:
1)) report about fulfillment of collective agreement for 2015 (reporter – rector of NMU, professor KATERYNA AMOSOVA);
2)summation of fulfillment of collective agreement for 2015 (reporter – chairman in trade union of NMU MARIIA LUKIANETS).

The following persons took part in discussion of reports by K. Amosova and M. Lukianets: pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, assistant professor OLENA STECHENKO, pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work with foreign citizens, assistant professor OLEKSANDER ZAKORDONETS, pro-rector on scientific work, professor TETIANA CHERENKO, academician in NAMS of Ukraine, professor, head at department of surgery No 3 PETRO FOMIN, dean at medical faculty No 1, assistant professor VOLODYMYR MELNYK, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor, head at department of labor hygiene and occupational diseases OLEKSANDER YAVOROVSKYY, chairman in trade union of students VLASIY PYLYPKO, chairman in students’ parliament KOSTIANTYN KOVALISHYN.
After open voting the delegates of CLC unilaterally approved the report about fulfillment of collective agreement between university administration and labor collective for 2015

The decision about evaluation of work by Employer and trade union committees of employees and students at university as to fulfillment of collective agreement for 2015 was put to voting: the work was assessed as satisfactory and the general draft decision of the Conference on this issue, which also includes the issues of control for fulfillment of collective agreement, was adopted.

The first pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor YAROSLAV TSEKHMISTER and pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work and perspective development, professor OLEKSANDER NYKYTIUK reported on separate issues in activity of O.O. Bohomolets NMU.
