NMU IMPLEMENTS THE SYSTEM OF STATE PROCUREMENTS PROZORRO

The system of electronic state procurements ProZorro since 1, August, became compulsory for application by all state customers at procurement procedures. All customers shall publish their procurements on the new web-portal prozorro.gov.ua from authorized electronic platforms and to perform them according to requirements in Law of Ukraine “About public procurements” (dd. 25.12.2015 №922-VIII).

On the day before 10 specialists from Committee on tenders from O.O. Bohomolets NMU passed through the study in the sphere of public procurements and received the certificates. During the study they considered the innovations of legislation, procedure for performance of sub-threshold procurements and analyzed the associated legislation.
