About discussion of ways to implement the order by MHC of Ukraine, No 1050, dd. 17, September, 2014, at Bogomolets NMU.
In order to implement the Law of Ukraine, dd. 01.07.2014, “On higher education” No 1556-VII, order by MHC of Ukraine, dd. 17.09.2014, No 1050 “About acknowledging the order by Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, dd. 30.12.2005, No 774 to be invalid”, letter by MHC of Ukraine, dd. 22.09.2014, No 08.01-47/27463, taking into consideration the necessity in preservation of European integration direction in development of higher medical education, acquired experience in implementation of European credit transfer accumulation system in the University, in order to develop the updated standards for educational activity due to directions “Medicine” and “Pharmacy” at all educational levels and submitting the corresponding proposals about concrete measures to MES of Ukraine and MHC of Ukraine due to established procedure,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. To create the work group for discussion of the ways to implement the order by MES of Ukraine No 1050, dd. 17, September, 2014 at Bogomolets NMU and to approve its personal composition (Annex 1).
2. The deans of medical faculties No 1-4, medical psychological, dental and pharmaceutical faculties of University shall discuss the issues about implementation of order by MES of Ukraine No 1050, dd. 17, September, 2014 at Scientific councils and shall submit the corresponding proposals to rector of the University until 14, November, 2014.
3. The chairmen in Students’ parliament, students’ trade union, public students’ organization “Studdovira”, O.A. Kysil students’ scientific society shall perform the discussion of problematic and vexed issues about implementation of order by MES of Ukraine No 1050, dd. 17, September, 2014 among the students at University and shall submit their proposals for consideration at University’s Scientific Council to rector in University until 14, November, 2014.
4. The chairman and members in work group shall develop and submit the corresponding proposals about concrete measures, directed to implement the Order by MES of Ukraine, dd. 17.09.2014, No 1050 “About acknowledging the order by Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, dd. 30.12.2005, No 774 to be invalid”, according to letter by MHC of Ukraine, dd. 22.09.2014, No 08.01-47/27463, to MES of Ukraine and MHC of Ukraine after their approval by University’s Scientific Council until 28, November, 2014.
5. I leave the control for fulfillment of the order to myself.
