Order №489 from 04.09.2014

In order to improve University medical and medical-psychological faculties students training for second retaking of licensed integrated exam (LIE) “Krok 1. General physician training”, taking into consideration information of State Organization “Testing centre of specialists professional competence with higher education by training direction “Medicine” and “Pharmacy” at Ukraine Ministry of Health from 01.09.2014 about results of first retaking of LIE “Krok 1. General physician training”,

ORDER:

1. Acting first prorector on scientifically-pedagogical work, profwssor Ya.V. Tsehmister, acting prorector on scientifically-pedagogical work, professor V.I. Stepanenko, head of educational-methodological department, associated professor O.V. Stechenko, medical faculties NN 1-4, medics for Ukraine Armed Forces training faculties and medical-psychological faculty deans shall provide the organization and holding the working meeting with University students, which did not pass LIE “Krok 1. General physician training” during the first retaking, on 4^th of September 2014 at 4.00 p.m. at conference-hall of physical-chemical building.

2. Approve the schedule of additional trainings at IT classes for third course students of medical faculties NN 1-4, medics for Ukraine Armed Forces training faculties and medical-psychological faculties, which did not pass LIE “Krok 1. General physician training” during first retaking (Additional 1).

3. In order to optimize training for second retaking of LIE “Krok 1. General physician training”  medical faculties NN 1-4, medics for Ukraine Armed Forces training faculties and medical-psychological faculty deans starting from 5^th of September 2014 shall:

– provide the students, which did not pass LIE “Krok 1. General physician training” during first retaking,  work at  IT classes according to approved schedule;

– order to stick to IT class work regulation, provide the participation of dean’s office workers, defined by dean of corresponding faculty and responsible for work at it classes (Addition 2);

– provide the faculty students, which did not pass LIE “Krok 1. General physician training”, receive the updated electronically tests base against students’ personal signature.

4. Deputy head of educational-methodological department, associated professor I.M. Karvatskiy shall:

– provide till 5^th of September 2014 transfer of updated electronically tests base of LIE “Krok 1. General physician training” to workers of medical faculties NN 1-4, medics for Ukraine Armed Forces training faculties and medical-psychological faculty.

5. Control for this order execution shall be done by acting prorector for scientifically-pedagogical work, professor V.I. Stepanenko.
