INFORMATION ABOUT MAKE-UP WORK AND RETAKING IMC

We inform you that according to s. 2 in order No 225, dd. 11.04.2016, the daily makeup works, retaking IMC and tests are implemented during students holidays on working days for students, who according to s. 3 in this order are entitled for liquidation of academic indebtedness since 9.00 until 18.00 due to corresponding schedule of departments since 17, August until 31, August, 2016.
Please, pay attention that:
1. Providing that a student completely liquidates the academic indebtedness in disciplines of semester control as of 18.00 on 31, August, 2016, the dean’s office prepares the order about his/her transfer to the next semester and course, dd. 31.08.2016.
2. If as of 18:00 on 31, August, 2016 a student does not completely liquidate the academic indemnity in disciplines of semester control, the dean’s office prepares the order about his/her expulsion, which will be dated as 31.08.2016.
3. After signing such order and its registration the copy of order and the academic transcript is handed over to an expelled student. These documents may be used for procedure of restoration.
The educational methodic department in cooperation with Students’ parliament and trade union of students will perform the selective checks for make-up works and retaking at departments since 17 until 31, August, 2016.
We especially emphasize the necessity in performance of identification of identity for academic debtors during make-up works “NB”, unsatisfactory current marks and retaking IMC, tests at departments according to student’s ID or passport.
