CHARITABLE CONCERT FROM STUDENTS’ TRADE UNION

Give a piece of you to a human – the soul is filled with the light for it. Famous Ukrainian poetess Lina Kostenko wrote these words. In fact, there is not more happiness than to gift the joy to other people, to fill their hearts with the warmth.

The charitable concert of students’ talents “The warmth of the hearts” was held yesterday in conference hall of physical chemical building. Among working week, full of troubles and fuss, the spectators could find their corner of comfort, rest and good mood within the walls of native University.

The most talented students demonstrated their skills. Vocalists with their singing touched the deepest chords of the soul, dancers made the hearts of spectators beat in unison with their rhythm. And the actors caused the audience to fill with the loud laughter for many times.

New Year and Christmas holidays are approaching. The fairy atmosphere of miracles is already in the air. And Saint Nicholas will already tomorrow come to every child. However, there are children, for whom the hospital became the home and their holidays are combined with the pain.

The main purpose of the concert was to collect the money for gifts to sick children at NCSH “OKHMATDYT”. And thanks to non-indifference of spectators and mastery of artists they managed to collect UAH 1,700 for gifts, full of the warmth and love of all non-indifferent people, which will be brought to children by Saint Nicolas very soon.

We would like to believe that namely the warmth and love will help them to recover as soon as possible, as the time of miracles has come!
