According to the Strategy of Euro-integration of the Bogomolets National Medical University, “one of the strategic directions of development of the University is achievement of the international standards of training of medical and scientific-pedagogical personnel and integration into the European educational and scientific space on the basis of the Bologna Declaration” (http://nmuofficial.com/zagalni-vidomosti/mizhnarodne-spivrobitnytstvo/strategia-evroinegracii/ ). The Department of the Latin Language coordinates its activities in accordance with this vector and actively maintains contacts with Western European classical and medical universities (University of Lubeck (Germany), Wroclaw Medical University (Poland)) on the issues of harmonization of training programmes and curricula for doctors and pharmacists.

The faculty members of the Department actively participate in international scientific conferences and scholarships.
