THE EMPLOYEES AT DEPARTMENT OF MEDICINE OF EMERGENCIES PASSED THROUGH EDUCATIONAL COURSE “PHTLS-PREHOSPITAL TRAUMA LIFE SUPPORT”

The employees at department of medicine of emergences and tactical medicine passed through educational course “PHTLS-Prehospital Trauma Life Support” (rendering the medical aid to injured patients at pre-hospital stage) due to system NAEMT (National Association of Emergency Medical Techniques in the USA).

The training was held by specialists from US National Association of Emergency Medical Techniques on the base of Military Medical Clinical Center in Western Region (c. Lviv). The educational course allowed learning the modern American algorithms to render the first aid on site and at evacuations of injured people to medical establishment. The course was held in English and Ukrainian and consisted of theoretical (10 lectures) and practical parts and exam.
