ADVANCED TRAUMA LIFE SUPPORT

On December 9, 2015, O.O. Bohomolets National Medical University hosted Advanced trauma life support seminar.
The event was organized in the framework of the visit of experts in traumatology Dr. D. Deckelbaum and Dr. J. Grushki from Montreal, Canada.
Scientists shared their knowledge on elementary traumatology, told about common and particular aspects in European and South American approach to learning the traumatology. The students asked questions during a practical part of the seminar. The internship students worked out new skills following the Canadian model of aid rendering in case of traumas.
It is expected the pre-entry courses conducted by the Canadian specialists to be organized for students, internship students and young doctors.
