THE COMPETITIONS OF PROGRAM “HORIZON 2020” ARE OPEN

END OF 2014 – BEGINNING OF 2015)

“Horizon 2020” is a new EU program on researches and innovations. It started on 1, January, 2014 and will last until 2020 with the total budget of approximately EUR 70 billions. “Horizon 2020” is a financial tool to implement the flag initiative by Innovative union “Europe 2020” in order to reinforce the competitiveness of Europe all over the world, its economical growth and establishment of new working places.

We offer the information material to you, prepared by National Information Center on cooperation with EU in the sphere of science and technology (NIP of Ukraine, http://www.fp7-ncp.kiev.ua) in relation to the structure and priorities of program. Financing schemes and conditions for participation in projects.

As it concerns the direction «Health, demographic change and wellbeing», we recommend you carefully learn the Working program of competitions in 2014-2015. The topics that relate to health care and newest technologies in the sphere of medicine (cross topics) may be found in Working programs due to thematic directions «Information and communication technologies», «Nanotechnology & Biotechnology» and «Food security, Sustainable agriculture and Forestry».

For convenience we suggest the list of competitions to you, which are open as of at the end of 2014 – beginning of 2015 in abovementioned Working programs.
