MODERN FORMS OF STUDY FOR INTERNS-ANESTHESIOLOGISTS AT THE INSTITUTE OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION OF NMU

The department of surgery, anesthesiology and intensive care of postgraduate education implemented the simulation course on inhalation anesthesia using “GAS-MAN” software and mannequin of expert class to improve the efficiency and safety in training of interns-anesthesiologists. The simulation study is maximally approached to the real conditions and includes the elaboration of competencies at development of complex situations that may appear during inhalation anesthesia. The obtained knowledge will help to improve the surety of doctor-intern while making the anesthesia to a real patient, as well as to increase the safety for a patient itself.
