6 DAYS TRAINING FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS, WHO ARE SPECIALIZED IN TREATMENT OF POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS REACTION, STARTED ITS WORK

6 days training for psychologists, who are specialized in treatment of post-traumatic stress reaction, started its work already for the second time on 21, April, 2015.

The initiator for performance of training Councilor of the President, people’s deputy Olga Bohomolets told that the main goal of the training is to teach the specialists with methods and forms to prevent and to treat post-traumatic stress reaction. “In addition to physical traumas, the soldiers at war receive also the psychological traumas. Up to 90% of mobilized Ukrainians have the risk to receive the battle psychological trauma. The psychologists and psychotherapeutists will be called to help such warriors and their families”, – mentioned Olga Bohomolets.

The participants within the seminar will, in particular, receive the knowledge about rules for survival during battle actions, rehabilitation of battle psychological trauma (BPT), post-traumatic stress reaction (PTSR) and acquire the skills of psychological consulting with observance of rules for survival during battle actions.

The lecturer of training is Frank Puselik, Doctor of Psychology, one of three co-founders of neurolinguistic programming, psychics coding. “I was a soldier and a military doctor during the war in Vietnam and saw a great number of horrible things there. 50, 000 soldiers perished during the war in Vietnam. When the war was finished 60,000 people more committed suicide. These are the realities. It is my eighth war. The eighth war, in which I consult the veterans. And I know exactly that if we do not work, teach people with the skills of work with post-trauma, we will have the worst things. Americans fought not in their territory but we fight in our country. The passivity will cost us tens thousands of lives”, – tells Frank Puselik to the present people.
