WITH REMEMBRANCE AND RECONCILIATION DAY! WITH VICTORY DAY!

08.05.2015

The long-expected word “Victory!” sounded as good news on the spring sunny day in 1945.

70 years passed since that memorable May: new generations for whom this great victory is a far history, have grown. But the conscience and duty to the perished people and those ones, who survived the war, shall not allow us to forget this heroic tragic page in chronicle of our country.

Seven decades passed but our land, plentifully poured with the blood of people from different nationalities will never forget the incinerated cities and villages, destruction of priceless memorials of material and spiritual culture of people, toilers of home front, who brought the excessive burden of war hard times on their shoulders, the most important and irrecoverable loss – millions of human lives that burnt in the fire of the most terrible war in the history of mankind.

The red poppy became the symbol for celebration of Remembrance and Reconciliation Day and Victory Day this year. Every one can today decorate its breast with this flower in solidarity of memory about perished people, honoring the color of the blood, poured by them.

WITH REMEMBRANCE AND RECONCILIATION DAY!
