THE TOURNAMENT IN CRICKET WAS HELD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY OF NMU

The tournament in cricket was held on 16, April, 2015 for the first time in history of O.O. Bohomolets National medical university. Teams Seniors and Juniors, which included our foreign students from far India, competed since early morning until late evening at the stadium of NMU.

The team Seniors won the victory as a result from the long desperate struggle. The winners were awarded with the cup and medals. All participants in competitions received diplomas.

The work for organization of section activity of this untraditional kind of sports started at department of physical education and sport of NMU half a year ago due to the desire of foreign students from India. As a result from meticulous work now we have two rather powerful teams. We hope that the good start will serve to further development of this beautiful kind of sports at our university.
