RECTOR KATERYNA AMOSOVA ABOUT PROJECT “VIDEO OPERATING ROOM FOR STUDENTS”

I would like to tell you that I am proud of the youth that studies at our university and seeks the ways for development and self-improvement all the time.
A month ago Volodymyr Motornyy with his friends addressed to me with the request to support their project of video operating room at grant competition IdeaX, where they competed for UAH 100,000 to implement and to develop their idea. The chances to enter even into semi-final tournament were very little, thus, I at once started thinking that we needed to plan the expenses to implement the idea from the budget of NMU.

But today their project has already passed through selection to half-final (among more than 1,200 projects only 90 became the semi-finalists!) and takes the leading positions in voting that will define the fate of three finalists.

I plead to support the undertaking of our students and to vote for it on the website of the project:

And, by the way, the department of operative surgery and topographic anatomy is distinguished among other ones with the highest activity of students – 3 scientific clubs that all the time compete between themselves.
Thus, for my part, I promise the overall support to the video operating room regardless of the fact whether it would win the victory in the competition or not.
