The department of intellectual property and transfer of technologies is the structural subdivision of Scientific research unit of O.O. Bohomolets National medical university. The department provides with the fulfillment of functions, related to acquisition of licensing and protection of intellectual property rights in them, in particular, execution and submission of patent applications, transfer and implementation of new technologies that are developed by employees of NMU.
\nThe department organizes and performs the events on improvement of knowledge at scientific pedagogical staff and students of NMU in the sphere of intellectual property and transfer of technologies, exhibitions, seminars, conferences.
\nThe department cooperates with the Scientific research institute of intellectual property at National academy of legal science of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

\nThe electronic submission of application for execution of materials in application for receipt of patents of Ukraine for a useful model or invention is carried out by e-mail. The draft application, its associated materials or any questions, related to patenting at O.O. Bohomolets NMU, should be sent to e-mail: vasylisa.pysieva@nmu.ua.
\nThe draft application, being sent, will be processed, and the result from analysis will be sent to the applicant to e-mail during the period of not more than 7 working days.
