    This aid modality of the\u00a0Slovak Official Development Assistance\u00a0<\/strong>is funded from\u00a0SlovakAid<\/strong>\u00a0and is\u00a0aimed directly at small-scale projects which represent a more flexible, operative and effective financial support for developing countries.<\/p>\n

    1. AMOUNT REQUESTED<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The\u00a0maximum amount\u00a0<\/strong>of the non-repayable financial contribution is maximum\u00a010.000 EUR\u00a0<\/strong>per project.<\/p>\n

      A maximum number of the selected projects are limited by the budget allocated for this call for proposals which is\u00a040.000 EUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. PROJECT DURATION<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The duration of each project is\u00a0from 6 to a maximum of 12 months\u00a0<\/strong>beginning from the date of the signing of the Agreement between the Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation and the Final Beneficiary.<\/p>\n

        1. SECTOR PRIORITIES<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The submitted projects must be related to\u00a0sectors of Quality education, Good health, Good governance and civil society building, Food safety and agriculture, Infrastructure and sustainable use of natural resources, Supporting the creation of a market environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The proposals must be in accordance with the\u00a0Strategy of the Slovak Republic for Development Cooperation for 2019 \u2013 2023<\/strong>. Project proposals which are not in line with the focus of this call for proposals will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

          1. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The call for proposals is open to\u00a0registered legal persons:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            NGOs, non-profit subjects and local authorities.<\/p>\n

            1. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The deadline for submission of project proposals is\u00a0October 15th, 2020.<\/strong>\u00a0The project proposals should be sent both electronically (email: emb.kiev@mzv.sk<\/a>) and in hard copy to the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Kyiv.<\/p>\n

              Hard-copy applications (completed, signed and stamped) with relevant accompanying documentation (registration documents of the applicant organization and CVs of the key representatives responsible for project implementation in English) should be sent to the Slovak Embassy no later than October 15th, 2020 on given deadline date. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
