The employees of the Department are members of the European Vasculitis Society (EUVAS), European Renal Association-European Dialysis and Transplant Association (\u0415RA-EDTA), European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), International Society of Nephrology (ISN), European Association of Urology (EAU). They are reviewers of the foreign journals, cited in SCOPUS and Web of Science.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For purpose of training on modern international diagnostic and treatment methods the employees of the Department participate in the European educational programs and receive certificates about the successful completion of them (Annual Educational Rheumatology Course and EULAR on-line Introductory Ultr\u0430sound Course from the EULAR Education for Professionals). The employees of the Department are the researchers in the International Clinical Trials of the efficacy and safety of immunobiologic and synthetic drugs in treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, spondyloarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Staff of the Department have regular training courses in the European clinics (Austria, Italy, Switzerland). The members of Student Research Group of the Department also present their research results at the European student conferences and participate in the international programs and training courses arthritis&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>May 2-3, 2024, Lisbon, Portugal, at the &#8220;Spring Rheumatology Meeting UEMS&#8221;, European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), prof. Jus M.B., as a representative of rheumatologists from Ukraine, together with European colleagues, discussed ways of integrating the education system in different countries, requirements for interns, a list of theoretical and clinical knowledge, and a list of clinical and practical skills that a European rheumatologist should possess. During the work of the working group, the main principles of the organization of the educational process of the European rheumatologist were discussed and the experience of the integration of the educational process was exchanged.<\/p>\n<p>March 15, 2024, associate professor T.A. Karasevska and professor M.B. Jus. at the 8th World Congress on Systemic Sclerosis, Prague, Czech Republic, presented the scientific work &#8220;Pulmonary artery hypertension in patients with systemic sclerosis in the Ukrainian population&#8221;, which was performed together with co-authors on the basis of the Oleksandrovsk Clinical Hospital. On March 16, 2024, a working meeting of heads of EUSTAR centers took place within the framework of the congress. As the organizer and head of such a scientific center on the basis of the Oleksandriv Clinical Hospital, Professor M. B.
