{"id":74092,"date":"2019-07-23T10:45:50","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T07:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nmuofficial.com\/?page_id=74092"},"modified":"2025-11-04T18:10:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T15:10:12","slug":"legalizatsiya","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nmuofficial.com\/en\/zagalni-vidomosti\/mizhnarodne-spivrobitnytstvo\/legalizatsiya\/","title":{"rendered":"LEGALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The International Relations Department provides advisory and organizational services on legalization of documents on education abroad to graduates of the Bogomolets National Medical University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The International Relations Department prepares the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>certificate confirming the training and issuance of a specialist diploma (Ukrainian language);<\/li>\n<li>certificate confirming the training and issuance of a master&#8217;s degree (Ukrainian language);<\/li>\n<li>fill in the verification form (ECFMG, other) (in two languages: Ukrainian and English);<\/li>\n<li>certificate confirming training in internship (Ukrainian language);<\/li>\n<li>extract from the thematic plan and internship program (Ukrainian language);<\/li>\n<li>certificate confirming training in clinical residency (Ukrainian language).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The International Relations Department <\/strong>also<strong> provides additional services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>approve copies of documents on education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RULES FOR ORDERING AND RECEIVING DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If<\/strong> <strong>the Graduate personally<\/strong> submits a package of documents to the International Relations Department:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application (example at the International Relations Department);<\/li>\n<li>Graduate&#8217;s passport (1 page and residence permit);<\/li>\n<li>Copies of educational documents (diploma, diploma supplement, certificate of completion of internship, clinical residency &#8211; <em>depending on the type of certificate to be ordered<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>If the Authorized Representative<\/strong> submits a package of documents to the International Relations Department:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application (Annex 1);<\/li>\n<li>copy of the passport of the Authorized Representative and Graduate (1 page and residence permit);<\/li>\n<li>notarized power of attorney (with translation into Ukrainian language);<\/li>\n<li>copies of educational documents (diploma, diploma supplement, certificate of completion of internship \/ clinical residency &#8211; <em>depending on the type of certificate to be ordered<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of documents reviewing<\/strong> &#8211; <u>one calendar month from the date of writing the application<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SERVICES ARE TO BE PAID<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Documents on education are issued <strong><em>personally<\/em><\/strong> to the Graduate or their <strong><em>Authorized Representative (<u>in the presence of a notarized power of attorney<\/u>)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Address:<\/strong> bul.
