Functioning of the Agreement on dormitory accommodation in NMU prematurely terminated:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0by mutual agreement in the manner specified in this Agreement;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0by residents of NMU (payments, registration sabbatical and re-training course);<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in the event of gross violation of internal regulations in the dorms and systematic violations of internal regulations of the dormitory (three reprimands for the period of one academic year);<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0if payment for stay longer than three months or to refuse to indemnify (pay) for further installed electrical equipment and apparatus;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0for reasons of health, to the medical advisory committee or refusal of medical examination in the student polyclinic and screened for the absence of disease;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0if the resident does not actually live to be granted the beds (room) more than one month without good reason;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0if the lead counter to another person, settled in his dorm room, according to the order of the Dean of the relevant faculty;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0on an administrative offense or a criminal offense;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in case of disagreement with the change in value of a resident for accommodation;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0on other grounds stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>4.2.\u00a0Warning and reprimand penalties are decided by the Deputy Dean of the dormitory, Head dormitory, representatives of the Student Council, the Student Parliament and the trade union committee. Penalty requiring becomes absolute through the final decision and approval of the Deputy Dean and the director of the NMU campus.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. Penalty requiring temporary or permanent removal for over 7 days becomes absolute through the final decision and approval of the General Services and Housing Executive Board. Each penalty received by the student is filed.<\/p>\n<p>4.4. In cases where for valid reasons a person cannot leave the dormitory NMU in the corresponding period, the general solution of the University administration, student and trade union committee of the parliament, this period may be extended. This is made available to the appropriate Dean of the faculty, which is attached as an annex to the Agreement, and the fee for each day will be charged at the price list stay.<\/p>\n<p>4.5. In case that a resident who has lost the right to live in a dormitory not promptly freed beds (the room), and continues to illegally use the dormitory, Head dormitory written report to the Dean of the relevant faculty to apply the necessary measures against the perpetrator (including an application for the dismissal of the University of indiscipline).<\/p>\n<p>4.6.
