Over the more than 30-year period of the SSC existence, the leading specialists of the department were Dr. Med. Sci., Asst. Antonyshin B.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Prof. Bidenko N.V.. Among the participants of the student scientific club of the department are many well-known doctors and scientists: Dr. Med. Sci., Prof. Sorochenko G.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Asst. Kryzhalko O.V., Dr. Med. Sci., Asst.
