<\/p>\nEducational activities in departments of philosophy, bioethics and history of medicine are aimed at improving the training of highly qualified specialists, shaping a general scientific outlook of students and developing their ability to make independent responsible choices and\u00a0 have an active life positions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The realization of the educational tasks devoted to such tasks as: gaining the social experience of the young man; formation of national consciousness; moral values and amplification of individual qualities of educators of medical field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Necessary part of educational activity is to motivate students to learn the rules of behavior and studying in higher education institutions, which provides internal comfort, reduce the possibility of conflicts with others, contributes creation of a positive emotional and psychological microclimate in the learning process, which is one of the most important aspects of implementation of educational reforms.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Teachers of the department conducts thematic educational events to discuss the problems of legal, moral, patriotic, labor, gender, economical education of future physicians: for the development of spirituality and enhancement of professional personal culture; increase of morality and conscious attitude to ethical norms and values; formation of healthy lifestyles and prevention of offenses, drug addiction and alcoholism among young people, as well as the cultivation in students of a careful attitude to property of the university in educational buildings and in hostels.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It has become traditional to visit the National Museum of Medicine of Ukraine with students, to get acquainted with the main stages of development of medical science and formation of coherent ideological position and outlook of future doctors (curator of direction \u2013 Professor Fedir Y. Stupak). The staff of department carries out active work with students in the scientific field, involving young people to participate in conferences, round tables and seminars.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mentioned educational activities conducted in academic groups during the semester in classes and visits to hostels. Teachers discuss with students problems of their life.<\/p>\n

Visiting by students of O.O. Bogomolets State University (groups 12106, 12111, 12112, 12208, 12209) within the framework of seminar classes on the discipline “History of Ukraine and Ukrainian culture” of the exhibition “Communism = Racism”, developed and presented by scientists of the Ukrainian Institute of National Monuments event, which took place in the morphological building from March 28 to April 4, 2023.<\/p>\n

On June 11 \u2013 12, 2019, the International Scientific and Practical Conference \u201cReligion and Medicine\u201d was held at Bogomolets National Medical University. This event was planned under the auspices of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine and was dedicated to the memory of St. Luke (Valentin F. Voyno-Yasenetsky). Students and PhD students of Bogomolets National Medical University were able to give presentations and reports at student\u2019s section, led by Professor Fedir Y. Stupak, Associate Professor Oksana Romaniuk and Senior Lecturer Maxym Kotsiuba).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Among the participants of the student section are the delegates from the Bogomolets National Medical University, the most prominent were the reports K. Sharai\u00a0 \u201cOn question about relations between medical staff and patients in context of traditional religious medical ethics, history and current realities \u201d, V. Kravchenko \u201cSocial myth in context of science and \u201d, \u0410. Bidenyi \u201cOn question of transgender and gender identity in contemporary medical and religious discourse \u201d, \u0410. Vladizhenko \u201cPhilosophy of heart\u00a0 theory and its practical usage in medicine\u201d, \u0410. Grusha \u201cBioethical, religious and\u00a0 philosophical aspects of modern psychiatry and psychotherapy: problem of “disorder” of the human inner world \u201d. Students of Bogomolets National Medical University put a basket of flowers in the memorial plaque of Valentin F. Voyno-Yasenetsky. Many students showed profound extraordinary knowledge, erudition, high intellectual potential and creative abilities at student\u2019s section; therefore, they were awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree diplomas.<\/p>\n

Young participants of the International scientific conference \u201cReligion and Medicine\u201d in fruitful discussions, deliberations and debates discussed issues of creative interaction between medicine and religion, based on the latest achievements of medical science.<\/p>\n
As part of the educational work with students who were studying the disciplines at the Department of Philosophy, Bioethics and History of Medicine, optional seminars were held with the screening of fundamental science-fiction films \u201cHome: The History of the Planet\u201d (translated into all languages of the world), \u201cMysteries of History\u201d, \u201cWorld Politics\u201d and other with further discussion about key issues of movies.<\/p>\n
Educational work for the students of the student-club is\u00a0 focused on participating in activities dedicated to preserving and honoring the memory of the numerous victims of famine, The Second World War, the \u201cRevolution of Dignity\u201d, in particular the staff of the department regularly held thematic seminars, solemn laying of flowers to the monuments of the city of Kyiv.<\/p>\n
Thematic excursions to the sights of Kyiv and visiting museums are organized for students: Polytechnic Museum in Kyiv \u2013 \u201csecond house\u201d of designer Korolev; Museum of prominent figures of Ukrainian culture; National Chornobyl Museum; National Museum of History of Ukraine in World War II, etc.<\/p>\n
