Bogomolets<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets, together with MedIvent LLC and the Public Organization &#8220;Association of Neurologists of Kyiv,&#8221; held an international scientific-practical conference titled\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Resilience in Stressful Conditions: Addressing Neurological and Psychological Challenges of the Present&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0on May 15-16, 2024, in an online format.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Serhiy Zemskov, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at NMU named after O.O. Bogomolets, delivered the welcoming speech and opened the event. The moderators were Dr. Maria Prokopiv, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Neurology Department at NMU named after O.O. Bogomolets, and Associate Professor Tetiana Dovbonos, Candidate of Medical Sciences, from the Neurology Department.<\/p>\n<p>The conference featured presentations from 11 department staff members and 2 of our PhD students, who shared the results of their recent scientific research and observations on neurological patients. The total number of registered participants at the conference was 4,531. The event included the following sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>Cerebrovascular Pathology: Discussion of Current Issues&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">&#8220;Resilience in Stressful Conditions: Focus on Mental Health&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">&#8220;Multiple Sclerosis: Analysis of Current Issues&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">&#8220;Neurological and Psychological Assistance in Wartime Conditions&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">&#8220;Back Pain: Patient Management Tactics&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">&#8220;Complex Patient in Neurological Practice: From Symptoms to Treatment&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A total of 26 presentations were delivered over the two days of the event.
