Therapeutic and diagnostic work of Surgery Department № 2.

Evaluation and surgical treatment of patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis and their complications:

• ultrasound of the hepatobiliary system;
• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in patients with diseases of the extrahepatic billiary tracts;
• chlangioscopia;
• Endoscopic papillosphincterotomy;
• sphincter operations for extrahepatic biliary tract diseases;
• laparoscopic surgery;
• laparoscopic operations with assistance of mini-approach;
• mini-invasive surgery in patients with accompanied pathology of essential organs and systems;
• conventional surgery in patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis and complications.

Modern methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment of peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer:

• study of motor-evacuation function of the stomach and duodenum by ultrasound;
• differential diagnosis of ulcers and stomach cancer by chromogastroscopy, cytological and histological of gastrobiopsy material;
• organ saving surgery for stomach in the case of ulcers in the stomach (economical, plastic resection);
• organ saving methods of surgical treatment of complicated duodenal ulcer (duodenoplastic, circular duodenoplastic);
• surgical correction of accompanied ulcer diseases of the abdominal cavity organs (esophagofundoplication, gastrocardiopecsy in the case of esophageal opening hernia, duodenojejunostomia with arterio-mesenteric occlusion, etc.).
