MEETING OF SCIENTIFIC BOARD OF UNIVERSITY

The regular meeting of Scientific Board at Bogomolets National medical university was held on 30, October, 2014, at the conference hall of physical chemical building, in which all heads at departments, persons, who are the reserve to the post of the head at department, and persons, responsible for academic methodological activity at departments, took part.

At the beginning of the meeting the rector in university corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor K.M. Amosova presented the awards to the employees at department of internal medicine No 3.

Assistant professors Z.V. Morozova and K.M. Revenok were awarded with the Charter of Honor by MHC of Ukraine for significant personal contribution into development of health care and high professionalism.

The Charter of Honor by Ministry of health care of Ukraine was awarded to professors V.I. Bulda, assistant professors V.A. Gorgol, N.P. Kazak, A.I. Taran and N.I. Khomchenkova for significant achievements in professional activity and industrious work.

At first they considered the issue of agenda about responsibility and cooperation of academic methodological division, dean’s offices, departments, representatives of students’ self-government in provision with quality of educational process and reduction of academic backlog (reporter chairman in commission – pro-rector on scientific pedagogical activity professor V.I. Stepanenko). Professor V.P. Nespriadko, professor V.I. Petrenko, professor O.V. Savychuk and chairman in trade union of students, student of the 5^th course of medical faculty No 3 V.M. Pylypko took part in discussion of the issue.

The next issue in agenda was the issue on analysis and results from taking the licensed integrated exams Krok 1 and Krok 2 at Bogomolets National medical university in 2014 and the ways to improve the training of students for standardized test control as a part of state attestation (reporter chairman in commission – academician in NAMS of Ukraine, professor V.G. Maydannyk). The deputy director in Testing Center at MHC of Ukraine, assistant professor at department of health informatics and computer technologies in education M.R. Mruga and acting chairman in Students’ parliament P.A. Zgurskyy took part in discussion of the issue.

As well, the meeting of Scientific Board through open voting approved the candidacies of employees at department of dermatology and venereology – candidates to receive the Charter of Honor by MHC of Ukraine (on occasion of the 150^thanniversary for foundation of dermatological clinic and launching the course of dermatology and venereology for assistant professors) – assistant professors L.V. Sologub and M.M. Shupenko (reporter – first pro-rector on scientific pedagogical activity, professor Ya.V. Tsekhmister).

Finally they discussed the issue of agenda about granting the creative vacation to finish the dissertation for scientific title of Doctor of Medicine assistant professor at department of labor hygiene and occupational diseases S.G. Sova (reporter – pro-rector on scientific activity corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor Yu.B. Chaykovskyy).
