MEETING OF SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL

The extraordinary meeting of Scientific council at Bogomolets National medical university took place on 23, October, 2014 in V.O. Karavayev lecture hall No 2.

The chairman at the meeting of Scientific Council was the rector of Bogomolets National medical university, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor K.M. Amosova.

The meeting was started by extraordinary and solemn way from honoring and awarding the title of “Honorary Doctor of Medicine at Bogomolets National medical university” chairman in Supervisory Board of University, famous public leader, doctor, writer and publicist, politician and diplomat Yuriy Mykolayovych Shcherbak.

Further the employees of university were congratulated with the awards and received the certificates for scientific titles. In particular, the following persons were awarded with the Honorary Charter from MHC of Ukraine for significant labor achievements, fruitful work for many years, high professionalism, devotion to the job, active public position:

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted by head at department of clinical pharmacology and clinical pharmacy, Doctor of Medicine, professor KHAYTOVYCH MYKOLA VALENTYNOVYCH.

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted by head at department of operative surgery and topographic anatomy, Doctor of Medicine, professor CHEKNIAK VIKTOR ANATOLYEVICH

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted by acting head at department of health care organization and social medicine, Doctor of Medicine, professor GRUZEVA TETIANA STEPANIVNA

As a result from announced contest, three applications were submitted:

– from head at department of ophthalmology, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor VESELOVSKA ZOYA FEDORIVNA.

– from professor at department of ophthalmology, Doctor of Medicine, professor VITOVSKA OKSANA PETRIVNA.

As a result from announced contest, two applications were submitted:

– from professor at department of surgery No 1, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor ZAKHARASH MYKHAYLO PETROVYCH.

– from acting head at department of surgery No 1, Doctor of Medicine, professor POYDA OLEKSANDER IVANOVYCH.

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted from professor at department of pharmaceutical, biological and toxicological chemistry, Doctor of Medicine, assistant professor VELCHYNSKA OLENA VASYLIVNA.

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted from professor at department of surgery No 4, Doctor of Medicine, professor BONDARYEV ROSTYSLAV VALENTYNOVYCH.

As a result from announced contest, one application was submitted from professor at department of surgical dentistry and facial surgery, Doctor of Medicine, assistant professor VOLOVAR OKSANA STEPANIVNA.

1.16. Awarding the scientific title “Assistant professor” at department of therapeutic dentistry to Candidate of Medicine, assistant professor at department KOLENKO YULIIA GENNADIYIVNA.

After announcement of results from secret voting per each candidacy, they were approved, in particular, professor at department of ophthalmology, Doctor of Medicine, professor O.P. VITOVSKA was elected to the post of head at department of ophthalmology, Doctor of Medicine, professor V.P. TERESHCHENKO was elected to the post of head at department of pathological anatomy, chief researcher at division of gastrointestinal tract surgery and bowel transplantation at O.O. Shalimov National institute of surgery and transplantology at NAMS of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, BILIANSKYY LEONID SEMENOVYCH was elected to the post of head at department of surgery No 1.

2.1. About proposing the candidacy of head at department of pediatrics No 3, professor MARUSHKO Yuriy Volodymyrovych to award the honorary title “Honorary Doctor of Ukraine”.

2.5. About rendering the recommendations for publication of monographs:

– “Hypothalamus gonadal complex of rats at early stages of ontogenesis at combined impact on kiss-peptinergic and α-adrenergic systems, as well as under effect of melatonin. Morphofunctional analysis” (authors – Matviyenko M.G., Pustovalov A.S., Dzerzhynskyy N.E.),

– “Hypothalamus gonadal complex of birds under effect of immunization, epiphysial ectomy, as well as at administration of indoleamines. Histophysiologic analysis” (authors – Pustovalov A.S., Matviyenko M.G., Dzerzhynskyy N.E.).

2.6. Approval of topics, periods for fulfillment and scientific consultants for doctoral dissertations:

– GORLACH Andriy Ivanovych (assistant at department of general surgery No 1, Candidate of Medicine),

– ZEMSKOV Serhii Volodymyrovych (assistant at department of general surgery No 1, Candidate of Medicine).

2.7. About rendering the recommendations for scientific work with the right to enter the master’s course to graduate from medical faculty No 1 SAMUSEVA Anastasiia Andriivna.

2.8. Rendering the recommendations to enter the clinical residency (on contractual basis) to doctor-intern at department of obstetrics and gynecology No 1 ARTEMENKO Roman Yuriyovych.

2.9. Rendering the recommendations to publish the textbook “Emergency aid in Otorhinolaryngology” (authors – professors Naumenko O.M., Vasylyev V.M., Deyeva Yu.V.)
