THE OPERATIONAL MEETING FOR STATE DISTRIBUTION OF GRADUATES FROM 2016 TOOK PLACE

The operational meeting for state distribution of students-graduates from 2016 was held on 15, March, 2016 at the conference hall of physical chemical building of O.O. Bohomolets National medical university. The meeting was performed under the head of the first pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaroslav Tsekhmister.

All requirements of the state, corresponding decrees from Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and orders from MHC of Ukraine for performance of distribution were fulfilled. The confirmation for this fact is the presence of the head at Human Resources and Internal Security Department at MHC of Ukraine Svitlana Grygorovska at the meeting.

The following persons also took part and made the welcome speeches to the graduates: deputy head at Department, head at division of medical and pharmaceutical staff at MHC of Ukraine Galyna Gasiuk, head at division of organizational staff work at Department of health care in Volyn region Liudmyla Zgorak, head at sector of human resources at Department of health care in Zhytomyr RSA Liudmyla Biloshytska, head at division of medical insurance, material and staff provision in Department of health care in Kyiv RSA Roman Isayenko, as well as academicians, pro-rectors and deans of medical faculties No 1, 2, 3, 4, medical psychological faculty, dental faculty, faculty on training of doctors for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at O.O. Bohomolets NMU and members in commission on employment.

This year the University processed 729 places of employment for students in state form of study from different regions of Ukraine, 24 posts of senior laboratory assistants at department of University were received due to permission from MHC of Ukraine.

The peculiarity for distribution is the integrated rating index. This index takes into account all kinds of student’s activity during all academic years and evaluates it in scores (70% – success rate of graduate, 15% – his/her public activity, 15% more – scientific activity). The family status and privileges of graduates are also taken into consideration.

According to the words by the first pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaroslav Tsekhmister, the diploma of National medical university is the original visit card into professional life, after completion of study the graduates subordinate already to MHC of Ukraine and Department of health care.

The pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, assistant professor Olena Stechenko informed the present people about regulatory legal requirements to employment of graduates, who studied due to state budget.

This year the preliminary state distribution was held on a transparent and democratic basis. All places for employment of graduates from 2016 were promulgated in the official website of University.

Due to results from operational meeting the participants took the decision to approve the results from preliminary distribution of places for employment of graduates from O.O. Bohomolets NMU in 2016.

Voting results: “Positive” – 691 (including 674 graduates and 17 members in Commission on employment); “Negative” – 0; “Abstain” – 18.
Let’s remind that the meeting of commission on employment of graduates from University in 2016 will be held on 16, March, 2016 in lecture hall No 3 in morphological building, since 10.00 until 17.00.
